TopCashBack never paid me the sign up bonus nor the cash back on a purchase. It's a total scam. I should stick with other legit cash back sites.

Site will promote attractive cash back rates but you will never actually receive payouts. Use other cash back sites that actually pay what is due.

UPDATE: I've updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars and my title, since TopCashback has resolved my issue, though the cashback payment was 18 MONTHS since the date of purchase.

TopCashback has higher promo rates as clickbait, and does not honor the higher cash back. I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro through the TopCashback shopping portal during a promo in November 2018, but did not receive the higher cash back. TopCashback has acknowledged the promo rate, which I have screenshots from TopCashback support, but I still have not received the correct cash back after over 10 months. I know that other cash back portals, such as BeFrugal and Rakuten (Ebates) would honor these promo rates, but not TopCashBack. No more TopCashback!
I've had nothing but positive interactions. Easy to use and easy to make money. I just wish I'd ALWAYS remember to sign in here first.
Love saving on online shopping! Top cash back has so many merchants on their sites that offers cash back rebates.
Some sites I receive credit fast, others I have to file a report. I have one pending since April, takes forever to get a resolution.
