We used Toll Free Forwarding to route calls made to recognizable New York and Santa Monica numbers provided by ToolFreeForwarding through to reception in Canada. The TollFreeForwarding accounts were very easy to set up online and worked really well. Everybody at Toll Free Forwarding has been helpful.
Had absolutely no problems with this company and service, get through to a customer care person fast and easy. Took minutes to set up and very reasonable.

3 years Ago I helped a friend of mine setting up a business and we came across tollfreeforwarding.com and I suggested him start using this one. And he and me actually liked it after using them for some time. And since then anyone who needed a tollfree, I have been spreading good mouth about them and I actually gave them some new customers.
But eventually when I made up my mind to setup my own business, I too considered them and after 21-22 days when all of my customers (new and old) had this number they suspended my account, They wanted some documents for security measures. Okay I did that though I knew anyone of my friends didn't go through this. Took 24 hrs, 48 hrs, 52 hours. It was costing me my business. Finally they said they still have doubt so asked me for some other which would have taken another 24 hours.
And I quit from there. Because a company being into business if fails to understand that all the customers I gained in 21 days, don't want to loose them because our tollfree wasnt working, its shame. I understand security part but I would have considered if my card would have declined or I might not have paid dues or lastly my business would have registered in some third world countries while its a llc and registered in USA.
TFF is Apple of VOIP & TFN industry. It's services are platinum. Customers are treated with Highest Level of Courtesy. If customer faces any problem, they even even give them Free Benefits. Then offcourse, Apple is a not cheap affair & TFF is worth every penny you spend.
The entire team has been great to work with! They found exactly what I was looking for and followed up to help me get set up. Brandon has been exceptional.
The free trial does not include a phone number. So there's nothing to test. This despite their web site (before you register) saying you can try the number for free for 20 days.
Due to a mistake, the clerk doubly charged me the annual payment. He fixed it. Then, I proceeded to contact the financial institution. Subsequently, the overdraft fee was removed.
No problem at all, very low costs. Very good web solution if you want to change anything. Also good that you can choose how you pay, either per month or per year.
I enjoy having a business number that is redirected to my phone or another employees phone if I don't wish to be disturbed

They force you to give your credit card information (including CVV) to get the FREE TRIAL, then it is impossible to cancel before they start charging your credit card limit away. It is a nightmare...$#@!
I was going to go with them as a test to see if they were good now i am a full time client with them as they offer simply just the best there is they are fully knowing of the voip and i have a proplem with it not working with my phone number they fixed it stright away also my voice mail was not working the fixed it within 2 mins they are the best
They site is just the best welll planded out and very desgined site they control panel is very easy to work with
