I have used Tire Rack's decision program many times over 20 years. I have also spoken with agents a couple of times to further refine my selection. I have always been happy with the tires I ended up purchasing. Also the shipping is efficient.
I haven't put the tires on my car in Pennsylvania, as you never know what the weather will bring. I can always rely on Tire Rack to come through for me when I need tires. Tire Rack is a trust name. The purchase was quick and easy. I reached out to other vendors, but The Tire Rack answered my questions with their automated system to confirm the proper size for my factory replacement rim.
This is the second set of tires bought by me in the last two months. Last set was for my wife's Audi and she loves them. Before I purchased his set today for my company truck I was able to read a 7 tire comparison. The tire that I bought was rated # 1. I was keep buying from the Tire Rack.
Please explore alternate shipping. UPS 2 day shiping is rediculously priced and for my zip you offered no other options. USPS is 10 times better. Priority mail is often faster and always much cheaper.
I wish you had cheeper shipping like usps priority mail, more options would be nice.

Ordered my tires on line on Friday night. Saturday afternoon I was called to make sure the size I ordered was correct for my vehicle. They said tires would arrive on a Thursday and they did just that. Amazing service that I will be using again.

I can't believe your company can't figure out how to let someone buy a loose tire, then ship that loose tire to an installer, so the customer can take the old rim to the installer and have them replace the tire. I'm done buying tires here.
Unfortunately some installers are not able to accept direct shipment of speciality tires such as trailer tires. They may not be able to provide service for some trailers and so need for the customer to contact them in advance to ensure they can assist. We do not explain this adequately on our site and will update the information we provide

Lots of brands and pricing to choose from with some brands have online instant rebates available and taken off from the final amount which is great savings. I was overwhelmed with the selections and got some help from existing customer feedbacks and from TireRack testing crew.
Change the address entry to allow for customers to enter an address fully manually. The current one forces people to pick from a list that may not have the address they need. So instead of being able to have tires shipped directly to the shop, which was not on the list, I have to have them shipped to my house, which is an available choice, and stuff them in my car to drive them there myself. This is a $#*!ed decision by the company, I almost rage quit and bought from another site.
Chatted several times to make sure I was getting tires I needed. Once I ordered, someone called me to discuss buying different tires for front than back of my RV and why I should not. Told me I would get tires on Monday or Tuesday but they arrived two days earlier.
I have purchased many sets of tires through Tire Rack and my driving experience has matched their performance reviews for every set, except one. Not a bad decades-long track record when you are running two high-mileage vehicles through four seasons!
My Tesla chews through tires like a rodent. Replacements can be $2000 a set. I always find a closeout around $150 each. I just have to check every so often. Free shipping right to my door. Way cheaper than Amazon!
The Tire Rack website makes finding the right tires as easy as can be imagined. This is probably the best website I have ever used for finding an product that I want or need. In addition, the price and selection beat anywhere else I have looked.
No one does tire and wheel selection, web or by calling their pro, than anyone, anywhere. Their inventory is so immense you can barely comprehend it. A network of installers. Ship to them. Drop your car off and you're good to go.
The process was easy, I typically run into issues with a rural delivery but this time everything worked as it should. The only problem that was encountered was that the tires got separated due to a shipping label that was unreadable so two tires took an extra day to arrive.
