The website is very confusing in terms of product review information.

If the buyer needs more detailed information about tires, they have to look on the manufacturer's website or ask Google.

Needs improvement

I've purchased tires from Tire Rack on many occasions and have always found it to be a pleasant and flawless process. Your tire choices, reviews and ratings are all laid out for the best decision, and they have experts to advise you if you have any questions. They'll also deliver the tires for free wherever you want them to go, either to an installer at a guaranteed installation price, or to your home. I'd highly recommend Tire Rack, 5 Stars!

Delivery of tires was suppose to happen the day before installation but tires didn't show up until next morning. I would have been nice to have had notification that the tires didn't deliver on time so I could have rescheduled appointment with Discount Tire. Communication could have been better.

I got a sidewall puncture 2 months after purchasing tires. Claim process has not been very easy so far. I had to call third party claim service before I could start the process. The process on the Tire Rack web site would not recognize me. Kinda frustrating. Called the third party and they were pretty helpful. Note that the cost to mount the replacement tire is not covered under warranty. I will post later if the process does not work as claimed

It was fast and easy from selecting tires when it came down to installation I was called to schedule a time. I arrived 30 minutes before my time and was immediately greeted with a lesson on what not to do when scheduling. I was told never to schedule a time 1 hours before closing. I was also told that the shop took a walk in that was worth 1400 in tires so they might not get to me. I actually left early to get there 30 minutes earlier as promised during my schedule confirmation call. This installer is a mess.

I've used Tire Rack several times. Had tires shipped and installed by their recommended installers, picked up and delivered to their installers and had them ship to my installer. Always great service at the best prices.

If the tires I want are not in stock, there is a good chance an equal substitute is available. The customer service is great. I check out the reviews on Tire Rack and other sites to make sure I'm getting what I want.

I have used Tire Rack's decision program many times over 20 years. I have also spoken with agents a couple of times to further refine my selection. I have always been happy with the tires I ended up purchasing. Also the shipping is efficient.

I haven't put the tires on my car in Pennsylvania, as you never know what the weather will bring. I can always rely on Tire Rack to come through for me when I need tires. The website is very helpful in determining which brand and what size. I always look at the customer reviews, too. Thanks, Tire Rack!

Competitive prices, fast shipppng and I've never needed customer service but I'll bet that's good too. Love the amount of informative content from comparisons and reviews to videos demonstrating comprehensive tire tests. Good stuff

Tire Rack is a trust name. The purchase was quick and easy. I reached out to other vendors, but The Tire Rack answered my questions with their automated system to confirm the proper size for my factory replacement rim.

Please explore alternate shipping. UPS 2 day shiping is rediculously priced and for my zip you offered no other options. USPS is 10 times better. Priority mail is often faster and always much cheaper.

I have always had great luck with tire rack and their warranties. Just grabbed another set of tires for my son at a great price for his 2016 Tacoma with 140K miles on it. Looking forward to the ALWAYS quick pick-up experience!

Have been buying from Tire Rack almost ever since they started business. While they no longer stock tires for my old BMWs, I use them for my newer cars and truck. Always good service, miraculous delivery times and great prices.

Lots of brands and pricing to choose from with some brands have online instant rebates available and taken off from the final amount which is great savings. I was overwhelmed with the selections and got some help from existing customer feedbacks and from TireRack testing crew.
