Excellent layout of the website so I can get a general feel for the kind of tire I want based on pricing and criteria. Then, I can easily narrow-down my choices based on the specs and customer reviews. Really well done. Recommend different color for ship to home option box as they all looked the same but were very different options.

And not all tires with the same size and manufacturer and even partly the same name seemed to show after search. I had to go to my own history and click the link of my previous tire to find it. Finally previous experience is the name of this box but is that meaning today or months ago for last time?

The experience with tire rack was exceptional it was so easy to navigate through the website order the tires on a Friday afternoon and had them here Saturday morning that's good service I'll definitely use them again!

Everything was easy enough but choosing the installer I wanted was difficult. I'm sure that installers bid or pay to be ranked highly as a local installation option but they should include a review rating. Armstrong Auto Care in my area is an extremely reputable installer (4.8 stars with 1.5K reviews on google) so I'm taking my car there and they must be a partner of tire rack because they were able to tell me that the tires I ordered are not available for local delivery and coming from the GA warehouse. When I requested this specific tire they told me they didn't have it but could get it from Tirerack for me. They are transparent and if your goal as a site is to provide the best customer experience so I keep ordering from you then give me the best possible experience throughout my journey by weighting the best reviewed auto shops around me, not just the paid partnerships with a rotating door of mechanics.

I have purchased several sets of wheels and tires or wheels from Tire Rack and have been very satisfied with the products and prices. They offer a lot of services to help make your tire purchase and installation as easy as possible.

I found tires on your site that i needed. The dealer was more then double the price. Your sale price was amazing. I ordered them and 1 day later they were delivered from Georgia to Florida. I was able to find the tires I needed for a reasonable price and have them shipped to me for free. My local mechanic mounted, balanced and installed the new tires. The whole process was done in 3 days, with minimum inconvenience.

I was going to order off Amazon, but their web site didn't go into enough detail to have confidence with the purchase. I ordered tires from your web site before, but was able to find tires else where for a bit less.

I have purchased tires 2x from Tire Rack and overall the buying experience has been very good. However, they apparently lost my account information in the last year or so, which meant that I couldn't find info from my past purchases.

I have been buying Tires for my '06 STI since she was new ( She's my daily driver and former Autox companion}. Also rims for my winter tires, brakes and mats for all my cars. Price, quality and speed of shipping are Tire Rack's trademarks. The reviews, ratings and selection of tires is great. Lastly, the salespeople are very knowledgeable and personable. Using TR for over 20 years and never an issue.

Set of 4 tires arrived in groups of two to the Discount tire location later than promised. Discount tire then took way longer than expected to install tires. Overall the price was great and the employees at Discount were polite. So here I am trying TireRack and Discount again.

Bringing in loose tires has become more and more of a headache it's nice to choose the tire i want and have it shipped to an installer. Only thing that needs to be added is the option to get an alignment in addition to the install; this is necessary

This order is my 9th or 10th set of tires purchased from TireRack over many years & cars. The website is easy to navigate, and the large number of product offerings is excellent. I especially like the reviews and how TireRack summarizes the relevant feedback information in an easy to read & understandable format. I have used Tire Rack for years now,,,,, easily over 15+ years. They nearly always have the tires I need in stock and delivery is prompt and seamless. They have a staff of very experienced folks (tire and wheel experts) to assist if you have questions. Lastly, their database of reviews and info. Beats about anything else I have found.

I purchased new tires 5 month ago here and the tires are completely bald, even though I only do city driving and haven't put 1000 miles on them. I submitted a warranty claim and it was automatically pre-approved. Thank you for honoring your warranty!

As always great tire selection affordable prices and easy payments have nothing to complain about I've never not gotten me my tires in a timely manner and their warranties I've had to use them twice now never an issue

Delivered as promised, even with me adding a hiccup with the delivery address. Like most of us, tires were supposed to be delivered to my installer. And scheduled for delivery within 2 days. When I noticed my error, Tire Rack adjusted, on the fly so to speak and my tires were delivered, as promised the next day. As good as anything we've come to expect form Amazon Prime. Thank you.
