3rd Time buying tires from TireRack.com for separate vehicles and have never been dissapointed. The option to ship it directly to an installer makes it 100 times easier to get some really great tires mounted and installed all at a competitive price.

Bought a set of 4 tires 12 months ago from a big box discount club. An animal chewed on 1 tire's sidewall, so I went in to see about getting it replaced. Tire tech looked up my tires and discovered that they couldn't get them, but they were still listed as available to order online, and told me I could order it and they would install it. So I order a tire. A couple days later I find an email saying they couldn't verify my payment and canceled the order. Tried 2 more times with different credit cards, same result. I called the store and was told it wasn't my cards but it was because the tire wasn't available. They could get a different tire, but then I wouldn't have a matched set. I went online and found Tire Rack had a tire, ordered it and received it in 2 days! Now to see if store will mount it and road hazard the bad one for me.
Tires look great! Can't wait to get them mounted. Delivery was delayed due to Covid and Christmas. I ordered these just before Christmas (Monday 12/20/2020) so no surprise one half of the shipment came on 12/28/2020. This is not a problem. Thankful to have the three-peaks snow flake symbol on a 65,000 truck tire!
Ordering the tire through this service was a simple, efficient and a savings for a single tire replacement.
Just make sure the tire installation shop will put the tire on in the amount of time they estimate.

HAD A TIRE BLOW OUT WHILE DRIVING WENT TO A DEALERSHIP THAT I GO TO FOR SERVICE CONTACTED TIRE RACK HAD FILL OUT FORMS THEN GET CLAIM INFO THEN PURCHASE NEW TIRE PROOFING THAT I HAD IT INSTALLED, HAD TO SENT COPY OF INSTALLATION INVOICE NOW WAITING FOR APPROVAL. I FEEL THAT THE PROCEDURE SHOULD BE GO TO A REPAIR FACILITY FILL OUT PAPERWORK SENT PHOTO OF DAMAGED TIRE AND IT SHOULD BE APPROVED OR DISSAPPROVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES THEN SEND ME OUT A NEW TIRE, I FEEL THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO PAY UPFRONT IS HORRIBLE PROCEDURE. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY PROCEDURE AND THIS IS WHY I AM DISAPPOINTED IN TIRE RACKS ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY AND WILL MOST LIKELY GO SOMEWHERE LOCAL NEXT TIME.

I have bought several pairs of tires from tire rack. The delivery is prompt and the quality of the tires is great. I have a Ford Taurus and by snows for the winter and then all season tires for the rest of the year. I have never been disappointed with their service and delivery. The price is better than most tire shops!

Excellent service! Ordered tires and received the next day. I even received a call to confirm the awkward size. Representative reached out to me before they shipped the tires to confirm the oversize staggered fitment. They wanted to be sure the incorrect size was not ordered by mistake. That is going above and beyond and greatly appreciated.
Everything was good and timely but the tires had cardboard stuck to them and cleaning them was a pain... had to fo the inside of one last minute fo rate installer. These should have been inspected and cleaned prior to Shipment.
Can't beat the customer service and quick shipping. The prices are right on as well. I was putting larger tires on than stock for my truck and they reached out just to double check. I've made mistakes before so a little check is great.
