I had been watching prices for my selected brand/make/size for about a month and a half and finally, they came on special. I ordered and they quickly arrived. If you can, plan your tire purchases well ahead of time to be able to price shop and allow for deals to come along. This purchase was for my wife's spring/summer/fall tires to be used come springtime. She is currently running her steel wheels/winter tires here in the rust belt. I'm finally making the jump to "summer" tires after running all seasons but she does not require super high performance with aggressive wear (soft), these were the highest treadwear I could find in the size required.

I got exactly what I ordered, when they were expected, and they look perfect on my truck. I only wish there was a discount for military (or at least for ordering my 7th set of tires). Anyway, thank you for always providing quality products and customer service!

My husband got a flat a few days before Christmas while out of town. We took it somewhere local to see if the tire could be repaired. All 4 tires needed to be replaced and they quoted me $1500 more than Tire Rack. In fact, the tires we are replacing are from Tire Rack. We got 120,000 miles out of them. I had them shipped to my local auto repair and while there were some shipping delays because of the holidays, I am getting them on as we speak, less than a week after placing the order.

I order the tires on 12/28 with the site saying it will be delivered by 12/29. I set up an appointment for 12/30 to have them put on. They didn't get delivered on 12/29. So I asked if I could pick them up from UPS before my appointment and tirerack was supposed to put them on will call. They were put on hold and I never got a call to pick them up, instead half of them were delivered that night. They have no record them being delivered. I call to try and pick them up on 12/31, they are closed and to top it off UPS said tirerack put them on hold, not will call.
