Tires were delivered right to my doorstep by a man about two days after I clicked a button on the Internet!
I liked ordering on Tire Rack and the installation shop Tire Rack suggested, but the delivery to the shop was not accurate. The website said it would get there by the next day, which it did, but not until the end of the day when the installation shop couldn't install it that day. The shipping tracker said it would arrive by 12pm, but it didn't even start the delivery to the installation shop until 12:30pm. The shop got the tires around 3pm, so it was too late to install the tires.
Got my tires wild fast and had them put on my daughter's car. She loves them, she was able to finally drive up a snowy driveway. I tested them out on regular road and could already feel a big difference from her old all season tires. They say not stuff able but had stud holes... Anyway I wasn't planning on studding them. I'm happy with the tires and the price.
I bought 4 tires here a year ago. One bit the dust on Christmas Eve. All I had to do was request the same thing, and UPS had it show up a day or so later. Went to the mechanic, on it goes, and we're good. These folks aren't kidding around with making easy & fast!

Ordered online, had it shipped to a Tires Plus location, and they installed it for a reasonable price. No hassles whatsoever and I got the tires I wanted.
The only thing that prevents me to give 5 stars is because I was not able to take advantage of the $60.00 rebate if Continental CC were used. I applied with synchrony and the credit was denied even with my >800 credit score, very disappointed with them.

Tire got delivered in 2 days, versus 1 as indicated on web site at time of order. That's understandable. But I was unable to get virtually ANY info about shipping progress until day 3 (just 2 hours before the tire got delivered). Not an issue, in most circumstances, but I was stranded while waiting for my new tire (I was 1000 miles from home, and a tire got destroyed). With no shipping/delivery info, I was pretty anxious that maybe my order got lost, or shipping got messed-up. I was afraid that I'd wait & wait, then find-out no tire was coming. Thankfully it did, but I wish TIre Rack & UPS had a better system, which provides shipping/delivery info earlier in the process. In retrospect, knowing that the 1 day delivery isn't reliable, I would have had a non-matching tire installed so I could drive the car, and then take my time to order a matching replacement.
