Always superlative assistance when needed. Never a problem. I said: never a problem. Been getting tires from these people since before there was an internet. That's a long time. Talking dozens and dozens of tires.

They were super helpful and had my car up in the lift within 5 minutes of me being there. I would also recommend getting the wheels balanced and TPMS install when you buy on their website. They did that before even shipped. It just made installation process even faster. I was in/out in about 30 minutes.

I have picked set of tires up for both cars and a pickup truck my family uses for ten years, and I defy anyone to match the quality of service combined with the price of TireRack.

I enjoy shopping for tires...weird. But I want to select the tire that I want and not settle for what a local dealer has in stock. They can order also, but that is two physical trips to get tires. I order what I want and then go have them put on. Love it.

Honestly, I don't think there is a better way to purchase tires. I did my research online with Google AI and other methods to find the best tires for my vehicle. I compared that to Tire Rack recommendations and it was spot on except for one brand that had really excellent reviews but was not a US-made tire. This made me understand that AI may not be the best option always to find the information one is looking for, especially for a product that requires real consumer data from national and international sources. I settled on that brand because it had excellent reviews. Additionally, the prices on Tire Rack with road hazard included just cannot be beat. I called many dealerships and tire centers to find that their tire prices were at least $40-$60 more per tire for my vehicle.

The ability to see your comparison video of tires and have a selection to choose from was very important. Unfortunately, the tires in the video I desired were not available for my vehicle. However, the available choices were top tier.

I've gotten wiper blades from Tire Rack over the years for everything from a Subaru STi to my Chevy Astro. They even stock Bilstein shocks for my Astro. Wasted alot of time on computer and when calling ur consumer help line, they said they don't do discounts. Then….take ur companies name of there list
