Saved a ton of money!

I worked at a tire store for about 5 years. One thing most people don't realize is that tire wear occurs most quickly when tires are new, and progressively slows as the tread blocks wear down. So a tire with only 80% of its tread remaining really has > 90% of its life remaining in terms of miles. I saved over 50% (total cost: $365 vs. $800) by getting nearly new tires from Bestusedtires.com. And I'm very happy with the tires (Pirelli Scorpion Verde Plus); the ride is much smoother and quieter than the OE tires I replaced (Michelin Latitude Touring HP).

Replacing broken tires has become a part time job now! Seems I lose one tire at least every other month due to nails or other debris. Great to replace with similarly worn tires that match brand of existing tires.

Over 35 DAYS STILL NO TIRES!
November 23, 2022

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered tires October 18,2022 it November 23,2022. Customer service 2x claim fed-x lost both orders! I spent over $700. Over (4) phone call on hold 4 hours and still NO TIRES! So I called my bank to reverse charges and they will take it from here. Never again will I even look at this site. Funny how they are a 4.8 star!

We can only earnestly apologize for the very odd and unique situation that took place. Certainly it is possible that a FedEx mishap occurs, but in this case FedEx (despite telling us otherwise) not only lost your Order immediately upon pick-up once, but two separate times - from two separate Warehouses. We do not want to make excuses or blame them, it is an extremely hectic shipping period and accidents can happen, but we want to reiterate that we did our best to ship your Order on time and as-advertised.
Once more we deeply apologize to you for the overall inconvenience but do assure you that situations like this are not the norm nor do they happen with any regularity.
There was no need to contact your bank - you can just contact us to ask for a Refund and we will honor it.

Great deal... quick delivery... but it was a really hard time to cross the canadian border without an invoice! Pulling up a screenshot of the invoice was unbelievable in their words... in the future please attach an invoice... I will buy again!

I chose to purchase tires from TireMart not because they had the best prices - but because they stated they could deliver when I needed the tires. Don't believe the hype. The tires did not come in time, I was unable to put them in a military pack-out for shipment overseas AND getting a refund is proving to be difficult. I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere! Save yourself the aggravation I am going through!

I do thank TireMart for responding and confirming that I did order on the 3rd solely because they stated the tires would have been delivered by COB on the 5th. I of course refused shipment on the 6th because the movers stayed till 1800 on the 5th on the off chance TireMart would have the tires show up on the day they stated they would arrive. I appreciate TireMart confirming that the date of arrival they give is clearly just a guideline that you cannot work off of.

Your order was placed on the 3rd after the advertised cut-off time, we processed it on the 4th and it was picked-up early on the 5th. FedEx attempted to deliver earlier today, on the 6th, but you refused the delivery.
Given that neither us, nor FedEx or really any company works on July 4th, we're genuinely not sure what you expected to happen.
All in all we're simply confused at what your expectations were or why you're upset; perhaps you were late with placing the order, but that has nothing to do with us, especially as we did everything in our power to get this out in time.

Economical Tires
June 11, 2024

Received the tires fine by FedEx. However, my mechanic had to go to a more advanced shop to mount them because they were so hard and stiff. These were blems and found out they were 4 years old. They are a little rough on the road but holding up well at this point.

TireMart attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Although we do sell limited amounts of Blemished tires, we do certainly highlight each item listing for such tires to avoid any confusion; we do hope that there was no surprise there!
Regarding their quality and condition, they should not have anything besides cosmetic imperfections. To that end, we do apologize to you if they were unexpectedly difficult to mount and use.
If you do have a specific concern about their condition, please do contact us with more details, as all of the tires we work with should be safe, functional and ready for use - even the Blemished ones!

Not happy

The customer service suck. I can never get anyone on the phone. I waited 40 minutes for live chat and never got to chat with anyone that happened twice. The website says fast and easy delivery via FedEx. It's been 2 days and they still haven't shipped my tire.

2 RV tires purchased

I purchased 2 245/70/19.5 tires for my rv in April 2021. Put 300 miles on and upon uncovering my RV this April I noticed the sidewalls are cracked severely all the way around. The manufacture date is 2019. Tiremart refuses to back their product and simple offered me a $20 voucher for future purchases. If this is the type of junk you sell no thanks. I will purchase elsewhere from now on

Apologies but the Tires you purchased were clearly sold as blemished/like new, with no structural or similar issues/damage.
They were sold in an as-is condition and without any extended warranty outside of our 90-day policy; further, we do not manufacture Tires, we simply sell them.
Furthermore, your photos do not show weather cracking, the pictured issue is seemingly a result of the Tires being overloaded with weight. We cannot know how the Tires were or not used and what lead to their current condition.
We do find it to be both hostile and unreasonable to purchase blemished Tires without any warranty and to then contact us more than 1 year later to ask for a refund or replacements free of charge.

Need to list manufacture date in description and show previous repairs / patches. Did not realize tire had been repaired, thought it was not damaged when I purchased it. Repair is too close to sidewall.

Ordered four tires to keep on hand. Pulled one out to use and defective side will... bubble. Pulled second out to use. Defective with bubble in sidewall. Because order was more than 90 days old would not honor in good faith replacing a BAD tire... unsafe they sold it. They said I should have inspected, like I am a tire expert. One guy said they are busy and they miss some occasionally. Really, they missed two with me. Selling unsafe tires should be a crime... buyer beware as your life could depend on it.

Great prices for very good product (only very good because most tires are puncture repaired but i have never had a problem). My only continual complaint is that depending on which search you use to check inventory for tires, it MAY come up no matches, but when you click on a different search on the home page, then you DO find tires matching what you need. They need to fix this as they are losing business because if you dont try both searches you might think they dont have an exact match...

I would not trust their description as others have said. Bought one used tire to match the tires already on the car. Tires on the car were at half life. Their tire was advertised as 70-80% tread, but upon arrival, it had less tread than those on the car. Again, I know those were at 50% from the Discount Tire receipt. Tire on top of photo is the one I was replacing. Also claimed no uneven wear or dry rot. Their tire had both, and you can see this in the photo on the bottom tire. Free return does not make sense considering restocking fee and return shipping.

This was me third time purchasing used tires from bestusedtires.com. The website makes it very easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The prices were about 1/2 the cost of new tires and they were delivered the next day.
