Quick shipment, fair price, would definitely use again in the future.

Easy to find tires, good prices but cannot isolate tires by type. For example I would like to only see "All Season" tires but did not see a filter for that.

Bought a set of BFG around 1700$. Website stated would arrive 3-5 days. Never got shipping info called could not get ahold of anyone sat on the online chat 4 different days finally Waited an hour and a half to get through to someone to find out tires were back ordered but they never let us know. But they could magically ship them the next day. And wait another 3-5 days to get them. They never apologized and I explained that I called 4 different times waited 20 minutes for them to end the call saying there were no agents available. No apologies for that. They tried to cancel my order told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back. BS customer service. First time ever using them will never use them again. If they would have let us know they were backordered right away I would have never kept the order would have went to get my tires somewhere else.

I recently order 4 new tires from them. I selected my tires by the guide they give you by selecting year/make/model of your vehicle. I opted for the highly rated and more costly brand. They were shipped in a timely manner. However, when I brought them to my local mechanic they informed me they were in fact too small for vehicle. They had sent me 225/60R18 my vehicle takes 265/60R18. I contacted customer service to inform them there was an error on the website and those tires are not indicated for my type of vehicle. All there response was "we will allow you to send them back and once they reach our warehouse and we verify it then we will refund you." There was no compensation for the misgivings. Also I felt uncomfortable to send them back since they stated they would need to "verify" the were the wrong tires before reimbursement. I smell a scam. I ended up selling them locally at a reduced price I purchased them for.

Straight forward and easy. No problems finding what I needed or ordering. I would like more choices of tire list searching, like alphabetical. I remember scrolling down a long list to find what I was looking for specifically.

Didn't expect them to arrive the day after I ordered them. Super pleased.

Site easy to use. Promo code worked. I got a good price on tires. My husband insisted on checking Walmart's price for the same tires and their price was $40 more than TireBuyer's. I have ordered from TireBuyer in the past and delivery was VERY quick. Hopefully that is still the case. UPDATE: My order arri ed the very next day!

Tires couldn't be balanced. We were out of town for a bit and don't drive our truck much. Tired to get them balanced 2 more times. Contacted them first told they would refund them, then said they could only refund 2. Then stopped replying and it was too late to do anything about it

Fairly easy.to find multiple replacement brands for worn out tires. Good reviews and lots of important information. I was quickly able to pick tires for my Ford F159, They were prompty delivered. I am very pleased.

Qwik and easy. It was faster delivery ever. I ordered tires on Friday morning at 6a.m. They were delivered next day, yes Saturday. I live in Maine tires came from the Carolina's. Also had best prices I could find.

I agree with what Jessicas post from 2015. Sad to see that over two years later, they are still doing the same thing- selling tires that are poor quality and then when they blow apart and shred, they say its your fault. Used them literally 5 times for a boat trailer- not even 300 miles on them - and they said we must have run over something. If anyone sees the reviews and realizes that they have 8 reviews of 5 stars and 7 reviews of 1 star - nothing in between. I bet the 5 star reviews are associates of theirs - wouldnt put it past them! Ill tell anyone and everyone I know about our experience in hopes that it saves them the hassle that we went through.

I orginally purchased 2 tires before Memorial day with a install the Tue after the holiday. Tirebuyer.com never charged my card, never shipped the tires and completely dropped the ball on my order. I went to there site for info on my order and they had no record of the purchase. I went back to the site a couple of days later to shop and they did a unauthorized order and charge to my debit card. I called for a refund and they told me they would refund in 3-5 days. It has now been 7 business days and no refund. Customer service hung up on me yesterday when trying to get my refund again. I think i will report tirebuyer to the Arizona Attorney General.

I will NEVER buy tires from TireBuyer again. I had my tires for 2 months, and there is no warranty protection after 45 days. I have never ever had this issue when purchasing tires. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere when purchasing tires.

I have been able to consistently find tires on here cheaper than anywhere else. I was even able to find a better deal than my local tire place which was able to beat the prices on here only once. I will keep using Tirebuyer as long as I can.

I ordered 4 tires previously. Two were delivered and I was told 2 were lost by UPS. After many emails and phone calls with you I was told the tires are now out of stock. So now I have to order 4 different tires.

Bought a tire and was on the phone and live chat, the tire was wrong when i got it and been asking for days for a return ticket to get my money back, total nightmare don't buy anything here they tell you we are working on it and you never get it
