Unbelievably disappointed and I never write negative reviews, but I felt the need to warn others. I received my t-shirt today with no tag and looks faded and worn, even smells! Will not be ordering from this site ever again!
I would like to give Tilly's props and a retraction of this review. They came through credited my account on on 9/19/19 and I reordered the backpack immediately, however, it is 9/25/19 and is still in transit. Expected delivery on 9/28/19. No biggie. Didn't say they were any faster with delivery. Lol. When I receive the second attempt backpack I will Update. Thank you Tilly's... better late then never!
Ordered backpack on August 26,2019 for niece as a surprise. It's September 15 and today when I was talking to her she had no idea what I was talking about. Called Tilly's customer service they want to do an investigation bc tracking says package delivered. Uh, okay... I'm saying it was not delivered. Yeah, so now almost 2 months into school, I have to order another one. DEFINITELY NOT FROM TILLY'S. ANNNND I have to do a dispute on my credit card and honestly that sucks. But customer service girl was nice doing her job the way she was taught.
I received my set today, before the set date! Packaged safely and protected. They're beautiful! I'm so happy with them, they've exceeded my expectations! I'm keeping them packaged until my house is finished being built. They are the perfect addition for my new kitchen! Thank-you! Kathleen
Ordered online from the site on 5/2/15 and paid almost $17 extra for 2 day shipping. Received one email saying it was shipped and would be received on 5/5 then received a second email saying it would arrive on 5/5/ and yet another email that it would arrive on Tuesday 5/8 - I called customer service who tried to tell me that the emails came from Fedex-WRONG- then she told me she could give me credit for $4 because it "is still being delivered ground"- Huh? I told her the item will be received in the amount of days it would have been FREE had I not chosen the 2 day fedex! But no, $4 credit was the best they could do. I will never, ever shop from their online store again! The worst is speaking to a customer service rep who sounded like she was 12 and bored with our conversation!
I normally really enjoys going to Tillys to get cute clothing but I went to a Tilly's store at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday, and it normally closes at 7. When I got there it was all gated up and locked, I looked inside and three teenage employees where sitting behind the register chatting. I went back to my car and called this specific Tilly's store, and one of the girls answered and said they closed early because of a shortage of employees, and their manager didn't show up to work that day. I am totally fine with a store closing up shop early, but rather than the missing employees calling ahead and saying someone needs to cover for them, they don't show up and the employees already at work decide to miss out on business, and get paid to sit around for two hours. That is really bad business and shows the integrity of Tilly's employees.
I ordered from Tilly's not knowing anything about them. I impulsed bought from them because they had the shoes I've been wanting for a while and 20% off coupon. I then thought I should look up reviews since I never heard of them. I normally do this before I make a purchase. But I started to get worried because they have majority more bad reviews than good reviews. I can say my overall experience was great. I ordered on 10/07/2017, they shipped 10/09/2017 and received my shoes today(10/14/2017). Shoes came new condition like expected also got a sample pack of orbit gum. I am not sure if I will order from them again because of all the bad reviews. I think I may have got lucky but then again most of the bad reviews had to deal with customer service. So I would just use caution when ordering from them.
I don't live by a mall. So, I can go online to Tillys and type in what I am looking and it show up 3 to 4 different views with a full description of how and what its made of. Also if needed to return it's very simple. You can do online or take it to the store. The customer service is also pretty nice.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. It took about 5 days to ship when it says it's gonna take 48 hours, and it's been 2 weeks and i still haven't received them. Also, after they told me my whole order had shipped they emailed me saying that one of the shoes had been cancelled because it "couldn't be shipped". Terrible service.
Ordered new balance sneakers bc could not find my size anywhere, but found them on Tilly's. Shocked over all of the bad reviews too bc I honestly am very pleased! They look great, feel great and am very happy with my purchase and the quick shipping.
I spent almost $100 on an online purchase. Tillys must have a contract with ontrac to steal peoples money. Case is closed tillys said ontrac "delivered" my package.
I called customer service and they told me to call my bank and dispute the purchase. That is FRAUD.
I never received my package. I won't shop at Tillys anymore. I buy all my brothers and sisters gifts there.

Tillys steals. Tillys has no problem STEALING customers' money. Other people have written that they never got their packages and never got a refund. Wish I could give negative stars.
Tillys keep up your ILLEGAL practices you won't be in business for long.
Horrible experience with online shopping. Order items for holiday gifts the complete wrong thing came in(not even close to what I ordered) spoke to someone on the phone at their 800 number nothing but a run around. "We dint have those items any more, you can send them ones back tho". Most likely won't take my business there again
Do NOT order from this company! Between them and their shipping service, it's the worst online order experience ever. Was completely ripped off with no compensation what so ever. Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Seems to be this piece of $#*! company sucks far more than they are even remotely decent
This company sucks. Their customer service is horrible. Took them over a week to tell me they did not have something I ordered in stock, AFTER I was the one that contacted them. They literally were gonna not send the item, charge me, and hope I did not notice. Their solution when I found out? Oh here is a 20 percent off code you can't use on anything in store. No thanks. Pac Sun and Amazon hundreds times better for skate/surf gear.
Ordered online. Received an email stating my order had been received. 5 days later went to check on where my order was and the order status said "cancelled". I received no emails or calls regarding the cancellation. I called customer service and spoke to a horribly rude girl who told me that the items were out of stock and would not be sent. I asked her why there was no email or notification - she just said sorry for the inconvenience. I will NEVER buy from here again and will be sure to let everyone know how they treat their customers.
I bought my backpack less then a month ago and its zipper is already broken, and the thing to close it completely fell off. It was definitely not cheap by any means. 40 dollars for an ok looking, cheap material backpack. Definitely won't go back and customer service sucked
Placed an order before i left for a trip but in plenty of time for what the site claims as the shipping time. Shipping took twice as long so i did not receive my items before i left. When i got back my po box had sent my package back to the company because they could not hold it any longer. I knew this would happen which is why i emailed the company before i left. They simply lied and said it was shipped on time even thought i had the email stating the date i ordered it... awful customer service and experience. I won't be shipping here again. Love the clothes but the incorrect shipping times, lying and rude customer service have left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Dont order online if you want a reliable site that will ship your stuff on time, I ordered ahead with plenty of time and needed my stuff by Wednesday... it was supposed to come today but the shipping date changed last minute to Thursday. Now I wasted 40 dollars on stuff I needed for one occasion.
Can't believe how great the quality is for the gifts I bought online hands down favorite place to shop will be coming back again and again thank you for the awesome sales we love the stuff I ordered came individually wrapped made it easy it's all so perfect!
After reading the negative reviews I was not sure if I would try this site. But, fortunately I gave it a try. Today I received my package. The Vans sneakers are exactly what I ordered. I have been looking for those specific sneakers for my teenage daughters for months. Very happy to find it at Tillys's website.
Tillys treats thier employees horribly. I walked in hearing one of the managers yelling at thier minimum wage employees. Everytime I go in there they are disrespectful. They never have good sales and they gouge you with high prices on cheap china made clothing. Choose to shop somewhere else where employees are treated better.

Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
