Received Dave Matthews Tickets 5 days before the event only to have them canceled by the seller 2 seconds after I accepted them. When I notified ticketsonsale.com (No phone option the 1st day to speak to someone live) on Live Chat they said their "Specific Team" will be contacting the seller and I will be receiving an update "anytime". Fast forward to the event day... No tickets. Phone option this time (95 minute wait.) Live Chat wait 30 minutes. "Specific Team" no update on seller. The response. Check your email periodically to see if the tickets come... WHAT! Event attendance takes planning, travel and not to mention, this is a birthday present!. So I ask for my money back. They refuse and state if the tickets do not come, I can have my money back. I reply so, if I get tickets 5 minutes before the event, I have to pay, and follow up with, "Do you think this is right?" I went to starlight theater website to buy 4 tickets and accidentally ordered tickets from this Company. They charged $107 dollars plus $35.00 service charge per ticket. Later I found out the tickets are valued at $25.00 a piece. I got scammed!
Went to Monster Jam event and it was cancelled do to severe weather. The event was postponed to the next day. I couldn't attend the event which was rescheduled less than 24 hours later. Immediately I sent out a request and it was ignored. Will never use this company in future.

Three days before the event I received an email saying that there was a problem with my order, that I have to call, when I called the said that my order was canceled because the owner of the ticket decided no to sell! What! Crazy I have never heard something more absurd and that I have to wait a couple of days to received my credit back to my card.

We purchased tickets for Jamey Johnson, I got confirmation emails, I received my emails via email. Just like normal. We get to the concert, scan the tickets they are invalid. So we call customer service and stay on the phone with them for a bout forty five minutes, as she lies and tells us she is waiting on an email from her supervisor and her team to get us valid tickets. Eventually she states there is nothing she can do at the time. So didn't get to attend our concert and lost our money. Scam, scam, scam! Do not trust this company!

Not only could I not get anyone on the phone or on the live chat but they had the nerve to lie and say the show was postponed even though he is going on a world tour. I will never use them again! The site was deceiving, thought price of tickets were $34.00 each for 2 people and when the charge came in it was over $100.00. The game was rained out and we are not able to replace for a rain date! Instead we are given a credit with a code number to purchase tickets for another event in which the have tickets for! None of these events are local and you are not able to talk with anyone and the live chat is useless! So we cannot receive a credit and we are out over $100.00. I purchased two tickets from Felipe Gonzalez (seller) that were $68 each. When I finally checked out I got a bill for $188 it had all kinds of services charges and when I finally received my tickets they were for general admission. No one replied to several emails or called back. Live chat never works. They always say experiencing high call volumes! I bet because thousands of other people want answers or money back. I purchased tickets for an event on TicketsonSale. The event was cancelled because the performer had travel complications. The venue advised that refunds would be issued. TicketsonSale issued a credit rather than a refund. I tried to call, but received an automated response that I must email. When I requested a refund via email, I was provided with an obvious canned response about COVID 19, government shutdowns, and massive restrictions. All of these reasons were completely irrelevant to the cancellation. So, while the purchase process may be easy, you'll be out of luck if something happens and you need a refund. Buyer beware.
We Purchased two tickets to The Marshall Tucker Band concert in Forney Tx at the Spellman Amphitheater. The band cancelled the event. I can not get a refund of my $248 they will only issue a credit for future use. I don't want to attend a future concert and want the money I paid back. Extremely poor customer service. Ordered three tickets to football game on November 20,2021 from ticketsfonsale.com which I later determined is the same company as Vivid Seats LLC. (1) I cancelled within two hours of the order; (2) wrong amount charged - not only double but a $37 extra charge per ticket or $111 which is ridiculous; (3) have not received anything; (4) the tickets are not what I expected as the price is twice what it costs from the Tech Ticket office. I called, emailed, used "live" chat which is not a live person, texted (same as the live chat). Nobody has returned any of my concerns. In each I cancelled within two hours. Also, I googled online and checked with the Better Business Bureau and this company is well known for misrepresentation. It is rated as low as possible. Even when people had paid cash the company refused to return their calls or the money; or when they were to receive a refund the same happened.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
