I ordered tickets for a play 4 months before the show. Tickets never arrived and the staff at ticketnetwork was unhelpful and continually told me not to worry the tickets would be at will call. The tickets were not at will call. Then getting a refund, which they guarantee at 125% did not happen. They told me they were not responsible for refunding my money and that I would need to contact the seller and my bank! AWFUl! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE PEOPLE!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
I ordered my tickets 2 months before the show. The receipts said that the tickets would arrive "BY" 5 days before the show. I assumed that they were talking about worse case scenario. No! They attempted to deliver the tickets the day before the show and when nobody was home, Fed Exp wouldn't leave them without a signature. I called their customer service number because I was worried that the same thing would happen the next day. I took off work during the time that the tickets were supposed to come, but they didn't come in that window. I talked to Kyle, who was probably the rudest customer service manager I have ever encountered. I needed to go back to work and the tickets weren't there. I ASKED KYLE FOR MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE THE SHOW WAS THAT NIGHT AND UNLESS I SKIPPED WORK, I WASN'T GOING TO GET THEM IN TIME. HIS RESPONSE WAS PRETTY MUCH TOUGH LUCK. I ended up having to miss half a day of work in order to sit around and wait for them to arrive and get my signature. Plus I paid 2X MORE THAN FACE VALUE AND THERE WAS A $50 PER TICKET HIDDEN FEE AND A $15 DELIVERY CHARGE. **** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! *****
UPDATE: It turns out that they work in partnership with EXCITE.COM. Be careful of both businesses. They are bad news!

Ordered and paid for tickets to Rock Of Ages in Oct 2012 for April 2013 show - 6 months in advance of the show. Confirmation stated that tickets would be not be mailed until closer to event. 4 days before the show, I still had not received the tickets even though I was told a week earlier when I called, concerned, that they would be mailed that day or next. On this 2nd call, I was told they would mail same day. It is now 3 days before the show and I am sweating it out hoping to receive the tickets in time (or at all). TERRIBLE SERVICE! NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! They will get no repeat business from me even if my tickets arrive in time.

Don't buy any tickets from these people. I purchased two tickets to the Rolling Stones concert from them through BigStub.com and they charged my credit card. Twenty four hours later a man called and said the person didn't have the tickets and that they had credited back my credit card. He said he could look for tickets for me right then if I wanted him to. I was afraid to say no because I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets anywhere so I paid $300 more to get seats. They charged my card $800 plus. Last night, I discovered that the same seats I'd originally purchased for $210 a ticket were for sale for $487 apiece on BigStub.com. I wrote to them, they haven't written back. I just checked my credit card and TicketNetwork of Ct. Has not refunded my money. They processed $517.50 the day I purchased the tickets and the refund should be showing on my card. It isn't. Don't buy tickets from these guys or from BigStub.com. Now I have to try to get my money back and I'm in California. These people are unethical at best.

Hello Mary! Thank you for your comments! I'm sorry to hear about your unhappy experience. It sounds like the seller for your initial order was unable to fulfill the purchase because they sold out of the tickets right before you placed your order. Please note, though, that we at TN don't actually own, price, or ship tickets directly. You apparently ordered through the site BigStub rather than our site. You may have heard our name if we charged your credit card for the purchase concerned. (We at TN develop a point-of-sale software that sellers use to list event tickets online and, as part of this software, we sometimes charge credit cards so as to ensure high standards of checkout security and PCI compliance. This means that the charge on your account may have shown up as coming from "TicketNetwork" even though we didn't have any association with the fulfillment problems of your order.)

Paid $40 more than the face value then another $100.60 in delivery and handling fee for a E-Ticket!

Hello Mike! Thank you for your comments! It sounds like you are unhappy with the fact that the tickets you purchased were priced above their initial face value. This is because the seller listing your tickets judged the tickets to be more valuable than their printed price due to the popularity of the event concerned and/or the limited availability of other tickets for that event. We at TN allow ticket sellers the freedom to price tickets as they see fit and we allow consumers the freedom to decide if they feel comfortable buying the tickets at the prices advertised. Also, in regards to the delivery charge for e-tickets... The reason fore fee is because sellers provide email tickets to customers using a remote system that we manage, maintain, and routinely test. The Email fee is used to maintain our system’s security and thus ensure that tickets are available for secure downloading. (We have to follow certain security guidelines when storing tickets remotely and we have to perform continual quality assurance checks on our system to make sure the system runs smoothly for customers and sellers alike.)

Absolute rip off!
February 15, 2013

Absolute rip off! My wife thought she was getting a decent deal on Fleetwood Mac tickets, but turns out she paid 50% more than face value on tickets that are still available through Ticket Masters for face value. The tickets we received are printed off a colour printer, and are not the orginal tickets. The fine print pretty much says that they "should work" and we'll give you 125% of your money back if they don't. Forget about the hotel and expense of travelling to Boston!

Hello Frank! We're sorry for your unhappiness with your order! We at TN are a nationwide network through which independent ticket-selling companies resell tickets to popular sporting, concert, and theater events. We don't actually own, price, or ship any of the tickets sold on our website. The tickets themselves are being resold and thus re-priced by their respective sellers to reflect what they regard as current market rates - so tickets on our site are priced independent of face value (above or below). The sellers on our exchange also sell many different types of tickets - paper tickets, e-tickets, paperless tickets, hard tickets, Flash Seats - based on the ticket type supplied them by venues and event promoters. It sounds like you're unhappy because your event tickets were available elsewhere for a lower price - which I can understand. Please nevertheless know that neither we nor the sellers on our exchange have the ability to monitor ticket availability on a national level across 65,000+ events. There was therefore no concerted attempt to advertise tickets that were available elsewhere for a different price. We at TN simply let sellers advertise tickets and let consumers choose whether or not to buy them. We always encourage customers to compare prices across a wide variety of sites before making a purchase decision.

TicketNetwork is operating a scam. I purchased 2 tickets after looking at the venue map. I received an email confirming that I'd indeed purchased two tickets in Section A Row J (12 rows from the stage). The tickets I received in the mail were in the 2nd Balcony A, Row H (2 rows from the ceiling). I was told by TicketNetwork, "Well, we never specified *which* Section A your seats were in," and they refused to refund my money. At the concert, I met 8 other people in the nosebleed section who had been victims of the exact same scam. Certainly we represent a small percentage of people who are being ripped off by this company. I am contacting the Oregon state attorney general's office this week, and am actively seeking others who have been victimized. Stay away from TicketNetwork!

Absolutely terrible experience. Bought tickets (so I thought) only to have the seller not have them. Re-bought tickets (so I thought) only to have the seller do the same thing. This website is a joke. It's more expensive, but just go to stubhub or ticketmaster.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 3 days ago, I purchased 2 floor seats for a Hornets bball game. My CC gets charged. Next day, I recieve an email saying those floor seats are not available would I like to buy seats 15 rows higher for $15 less than what they sold the floor seats. I tried to call the company and complain but they NEVER answer the phone number they provide. I email the company and they dance around saying they are a third party retailer and don't actually have any tickets. So, then the next day, I use www.seatgeak.com and well what do you know, those same exact floor seats are up again with Ticketnetwork as the seller. No only that, but they have 6 more floor seats right in the section of the Hornets sideline. So, I think, no way they try to screw me over twice. So, I buy the 6 floor seats and they charge my credit card almost $1000. 00 Guess What? Today, I get an email AGAIN saying none of those floor seats are unavailable and would I like to buy seats 18 rows up for a "discounted" price of $20 from what I paid for the floor seats. I have tried calling their phone number multiple times and nobody ever answers. I leave messages with my phone number and nobody ever calls. I would avoid this company like the plague. They claim to be like eBay on another site. I am WAY more comfortable purchases tickets on eBay than this place. NEVER would I use this site with any confidence. They are simply taking your $$ without providing the product.

Stay away!
August 7, 2012

Stay away! We went to our concert and were turned away because they lost power. Later the venue put the show on anyway. TicketNetwork.com give money back if the show is cancelled and no reschedule so they told us that since it wasn't technically "cancelled" we were out of luck. They then referred us to who they got tickets from or back to the venue. If this is the case I could have gotten them myself from the 3rd party... or my tickets would have been covered had i gotten them from the venue. THERE IS NO REASON TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the trouble and get them direct so they don't hose you for $200+ like me.

Hello Alan! Thank you for your comments! I'm very sorry to hear about the problems associated with your event. I understand that you went to the event only to find that the event wasn't able to take place due to a power issue - but then the venue subsequently ended up hosting the show that night. I can understand your frustration! I'm afraid the difficulty is that the venue and the event promoter decided to proceed with the event rather than cancel it (which likely would have been wiser). Your seller would have been able to offer a refund if the event had actually been cancelled, but, for whatever reason, the venue chose not to do that. This situation impacted a few customers and we worked with them to assist with a nice discount off a new order. We would be happy to assist you in a similar fashion. Please email customerservice@ticketnetwork.com with your Purchase Number and a copy of your complaint and we will be more than happy to respond.

They are a hub basically for legal rip offs, their 3d party sellers are all part of the group, not really 3d party as I talked to the "actual" seller who tried to convince me it is ok to by $5 tickets in the nose bleed section and list them as front row for $17. The unsuspecting spouse who knows nothing, except she wants to surprise her hubby with tickets to a game, thinks wow that's a good deal, then learns she bought $5 front row tickets way up in a specific section, not front row tickets as they state in the comments. Just a bunch of scum bags ripping off people, stay away. No they could care less when you call, they actually said we're like a grocery store, thats our mark up, we think it's fair and not our fault front row can mean many things... stay away.

Hello David! I'm sorry for your unhappiness in regards to your order. It seems that you are upset because the tickets you purchased (or your spouse purchased?) were priced above face value and in a bad location. We expect any sellers who list tickets on our exchange to be accurate in their ticket listing. We would also expect compensation from any seller who mis-advertised tickets through our site. It could be, though, that there was some confusion with the tickets concerned - for instance: the seller may have advertised the tickets as being the "first row" in a given section rather than the "first row" in the entire venue. It's also true that sellers do have the freedom to price tickets however they so choose based on their perception of an event's worth and popularity. We at TN - like with EBay - don't presume to inform people what they can or cannot charge to resell their personal property. We do, however, aim to create a secure forum though which event tickets can be bought and sold so that customers have more purchase options than the venue alone would provide.

I ordered two tickets for my fathers birthday, and was sent the wrong tickets. I double checked my receipt and my bank account to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I wasn't. When I called there was no answer, and I left a message and sent an email. I sent an email explaining my situation and got a response two days later attempting to convince me I received the correct tickets. I continued to explain myself and was simply told there was no chance that they were wrong. I never received a refund or the correct tickets. I paid $160 for the tickets themselves and more than $50 more in service charges and shipping fees. The tickets I received were $40 tickets and in the back of the second balcony. Ticketnetwork is more concerned with "being right" than making sure their customers get the tickets they paid for. Do not ever use this site, you will be cheated out of money and no one will help you.

ZERO STARS! SCAM company! Ordered tickets for West Side Story and they sent cheaper tickets than the ones I purchased! Won't answer their phone or respond to messages left! DO NOT BUY FROM SONG TICKETING, EXCITE OR ANYTHING CONNECTED TO TICKETNETWORK! THEY ARE RIPP OFF THEIVES!

Hello Lisa! Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry for the confusion, but we are not the same company as Excite or SongTicketing. SongTicketing is a respected ticket brokerage company based on the West Coast. They do resell tickets through us, but they also resell tickets through our competitors, as well. Excite is another ticket-selling marketplace, but it is not the same website as TicketNetwork. Your ticket seller uses our point-of-sale software for listing tickets online, so it could be that they referenced you to "TicketNetwork" by mistake. (TN is not just an e-commerce website, but also an award-winning technology company. It's therefore possible that our name may be thrown around in regards to ticket orders when the orders are not actually associated with our website.) You would want to connect with Excite.com if you had complaints about your purchase.

I purchase 3 tickets to a musical in Portland, OR. I did not get what I thought I was ordering. The website is misleading and way overpriced for what I actually got. Apparently, while BAL A means balcony-section A and BAL B means balcony- section B... BALC means they can give you a seat anywhere in the balcony. Also, the tickets available for the balcony were either 2BAL or BAL. I thought that meant BAL was 1st BAL, since those tickets were a little more money... I was wrong. Apparently, BAL means they can put you anywhere including 2nd balcony. BEWARE! If the ticket sounds vague... assume the worst. Also when I called customer service and spoke with Robert, he refused to let me speak with a supervisor and eventually hung up on me. NICE! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I decided last minute to go to the U2 concert in Nashville and so for a couple of days before the concert I was checking on Craig's List for tickets. Not a single person replied back to my email inquiries and so the day of the concert, with no tickets, I had pretty much decided to give up on it. Kept trying last minute offers on Craig's List, but still no replies. Finally an hour and a half before the concert, I'm trying to decide if I should use Ticket Network to buy a couple of tickets they had available. I was wavering because I didn't know anyone who had ever used them before, I was worried if I would get the tickets in time, and concerned that this site might be a scam or something. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to take a chance and bought the tickets one hour before the concert began. Within 10 minutes of my purchase an extremely friendly customer service rep called to confirm my email address before sending the tickets. Within 5 minutes of her call the tickets were printed and I was on my way to Vanderbilt Stadium. Got in without a problem in time to see the opening act, Florence and the Machine... then saw the greatest concert of my life... the U2 360 degree Tour! The service fees are a little ridiculous but still the overall price of the tickets were comparable to the face value. I won't hesitate in the future to use TN... and thanks to TN for giving me the opportunity to see an epic event!
