Ordered 2 tickets for my friend and I three months in advanced. They were e-tickets and I had not received them so I kept contacting the company. I was told that as the event gets closer I will get them. Week of event I talk to someone and they Inform me that the two tickets I ordered or thought to have ordered someone else ordered. Long story short we didn't get the tickets and got our money back. Not sure what kind of company takes three months to figure something like this out. Will not be recommending this website to anyone.
Everything was great except that we never got our tickets delivered and paid for standard delioverty. The rep i talked to who sent me a link to print my tickets said i would get a refund for the $15.00 i paid for delivery, but other than that, everyone was helpful and very nice. If i do get my refund timely, i will be very pleased with your services so i hope that is the case. Thank you Karl Stoufer

TicketNetwork is a horrible company. I purchased tickets for half my family for baseball game, I received email from TicketNetwork confirming tickets and purchase. I then went to another site to purchase tickets for other half of family because TicketNetwork did not have all that I needed in same area. More than 24 hrs later I receive email from TicketNetwork saying they could not fulfill the order, BUT they already took over $350 out of my account and I purchased more tickets near the tickets they confirmed I had.
When I called to find out about this I of course got a run around I called customer service on email but that was to TICKETNETWORK.COM, they only do computer work. TICKETTRACKER.COM is a separate company that sells tickets. NO ITS SAME COMPANY USING TO DIFFERENT NAMES. They said I agreed to the conditions when I bought the tickets. SO BEWARE CONSUMERS, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM AND I WILL BE ADDING TO THAT LIST.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The Gardens was clean, but the floor in the women's restroom was sticky. It was so sticky my shoes came off and stuck to the floor.

You can't miss a live show with Zedd! The set was amazing and the energy was fantastic. Every single beat that came out of that show was incredible. I felt and saw beauty because I feel and understand Zedd music and it gave me life! Amazing time.

The concert started very late and cost us all more at the baby sitter. There was no mention of the starter band and they got going around 8:30. Not bad and then Lenny came on and sang 4 songs an then went into an hour long jam session with his band that was too mello. We left during that, was not as impressive as it should have been. Still love Lenny, but this was a weak show. This was out third so maybe we had too high of expectations

If your Canadian do not use this company for tickets. You will be charged USD. I bought two, thirty dollar tickets and was charged 115... there $#*!ing crooks.
