Great band and venue.
They never sent the ticket. I had to spend over an hour on four different calls just to have to pick up the ticket hours before the game. My dad couldn't even make it in time and missed the game. Easily the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had. This was my first time trying this ticket seller too. Bummer. I asked for a refund but got no answer.
A few weeks later, they did give me a full refund and a discount on my next purchase. Maybe I'll give them another try.
Show was great, however ended too abrutly, This was the shortest show I have ever seen, only 1 hr and 15 mins. Usually a 2 hr show
The Pavillion was really not the place for a celebrity on her level though. I purchase 3 tickets and only one of those tickets was used because of the Heavy Heavy traffic! Is there any way a refund can be given for those Unused tickets?
I told the lady I wanted the seats right in front of stage... she said that's where I was going to be... I wasn't. I was very disappointed. Hate that I was lied to...
Crystal Gayle was great. It would have been nice to heard more from her. We listened to three songs of the act following Crystal Gayle and then left.
Total discussing you're nothing but ticket scalpers, yeah pretend you and your ticket broker has real tickets available. And you charge my credit card when you know good and well there are no tickets and now I have to deal with my bank's fraud department trying to get my 330.00 back... Not only did you take my money the total embarrassment of me having to tell my friend we have NO George Benson tickets- I guess that's something you'd know nothing about... I will make sure everyone I know will never use you... Total scam!
Great Concert! He sang and played for 2 hours uninterupted. A good time with my daughter. Enjoyed not having an opening act. Only problem I had was the price of all the add-ons (fees etc) to the price of the tickets. This really prohibits the amount of concerts I go to. If you find tickets at a price you can afford, the add on costs put it out of my budget range.
We had a great time. Just loved watching him dance.
The show was unforgettable. The whole assemble was very professionel and we enjoyed the show so much.

Robert was more than wonderful. He seemed really into what he was doing and certainly engaged the audience. It was just a GREAT show. I do think he did too many Zepellen songs. I can understand that because that's what a lot of fans want to hear. BUT Rober has so many of his own songs that are wonderful. Always see him when he's in NYC. Saw him at the Beacon, Brooklyn Avademy of Music and the Hammersmith.
We had a great time and enjoyed the show. I'm so glad I finally got to see her. She's amazing!

What a miserable experience for something that is typically so simple. With a legit able, reputable company you pay the fee that is agreed to and you receive tickets in an email almost instantly. Not here! My wife and I wanted to surprise our 4 year old with last minute Disney On Ice tickets. Tickets on the site were $43/ticket. We agreed to purchase 3 plus a $7.50 delivery fee. The checkout screen clearly stated the total was $129 plus the $7.50 delivery fee. When we received the PAID invoice via email instantly, the invoice had a misc charge of $32.75 added. This fee was disclosed NOWHERE on the checkout screen. It's very thoughtful to instantly send the invoice showing that you decieved us but you didn't send the tickets. No E-Tickets have arrived. We ordered at 12:45am. I called first thing this morning to ask for whereabouts if the ticket and to inquire about the charges that weren't agreed to. The woman became extremely defensive and rude and said "well maybe you should have called us last night, we were open til 1:00am." Are you kidding me? That's the reason I called at 8:00am the following morning! Then she says "You agreed to the charges twice" and keeps repeating herself when I told her that she was wrong. The checkout screen clearly stated $129 plus $7.50 and THAT'S IT. She essentially called me a liar and hung up. Even if we did agree, the fees must have been buried and hidden somewhere on the page that is clearly no visible. Which is defined as, yes, deceptive. Then they pin you in a corner and talk to you like a child. All that to buy tickets? Really? And I don't even have the tickets! But I have a nice invoice showing that I paid $170. What a joke. From top to bottom. Btw, where are my tickets? Oh hey, do you have my tickets? Has anyone seen my tickets? The reviews say it all. The BBB has the deceptive practices well documented. Take a look. Shame on us for not reading the reviews prior.
