-Its a pain to unsubscribe, when you sign up you basically agree that you can only unsubscribe within 7 days of receiving your last package, this is terrible design on their part and almost scam like. They intentionally make it hard for a customer to leave and I find this pretty unexcusable. This will be a deal breaker for many customers I feel. If they fix this huge flaw in their system I would have a much better opinion on them.

To offer some clarity on our policies, members are able to cancel their membership from the moment their charge goes through until 7 days after they receive a package. Part of the reason we have this eligibility window in place is because once it closes, we make an investment into your upcoming order! Since I've started not sure how long ago it's been great u guys been hitting it on the head with my taste in clothing as far as color patterns and styles thx keep up the great work

So far the experience has been cool…I've shared my fashion insights and they were well received. I am keeping myself open to the ThreadBeast journey in hopes that I will have a dope option of clothing items to choose from with my wardrobe. My proper size box came with some very comfortable items…very chill and wearable. If you want to try something different, try ThreadBeast.

Everything I've gotten has been legit. I love how specific they get when it comes to your fit styles and how easy it is to change if you wanna try something new. It's the only way to go.

Received an item that was too small and sent an email asking about an exchange or return. I haven't received a reply in about 3 days. I'm still receiving promotional emails to sign up for more boxes though, and may in the future. Not if this return process is difficult.

It is a great experience so far twice I had an item that was a little small but I love most of the items sent to me.
Really likes the cloths that i got only bummer was i had a promo for two free items which i didn't receive other than that overall good stuff
