Initially I sent an email on a Saturday requesting a call back as your website states availability 24/7.
Later that day I called and your customer service rep said she would have someone call me back.
By noon on Monday I still had not heard back from anyone
Ordering was easy and the representative was very helpful and able to provide me with a better deal. The mats arrived within a few days. I have not had them installed yet so fingers crossed that they work well.
