Very pleased with the custom service.
My husband and I had no experience with heated floors and called Thermosoft after watching an installation video. Our salesman was very helpful in determining what product we needed under tile and which was best for under our wood floor. He explained the different thermostats we could choose from and asked all the right questions to get us everything necessary for a successful installation. The product arrived just as promised! We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
