I only ordered samples, but will definitely order a rug from this site once I make my decision. The options were endless and it's nice to get a good size, free sample to narrow it down & compare colors.

Rug looks beautiful,delivery great,but lacked in informing you of your rug delivery.I had to call and was told they sent me e-mails when they really didn't, not until I called.But the woman on the phone straightened it out and yes I would buy from them again.

I typed in the wrong size, and got an astronomical price. Luckily, I called and spoke with "Phyllis", who walked me through the on line ordering process. Can't wait to get my rug! (which I plan to use as a table covering under glass!) :)

Limited option in sizes from other vendors. Great site and easy to use. Samples were very helpful to have even though the products will not work for the area in which we hoped they would. We have a door that cannot be altered and when opened there is not enough clearance to pass over the rug. Will definitely keep your site in mind for future purchases.

I am so happy I found your internet site. I looked for a long time to find a company that made customer sized rugs with a wide range of options. You not only met those requirements but have provided above average customer service. I look forward to receiving a great rug.

Have purchased in the past and love it so I am back! The color is right on and the material was exactly as expected so I have no doubt that this new one will also be perfect. I received a request to confirm delivery 7 days before it actually arrived.

Perfect rug, company easy to work with, samples were shipped fast. Rug works perfectly in my space, and looks and feels very high quality.

The search by color could be improved. After receiving the rug, I found that due to the packaging, it has a strong curl on one end. I have weighted it down for several days and the curl is less, but still apparent. I will probably have to attach double face tape to keep it down flat. This is not a great choice since tape almost always leaves a residue on the floor.

Your website is awesome and idiot proof. The filters help tremendously. I appreciate the step by step guide to picture what "my" rug would look like. I have ordered from you before and was very happy. I plan to order again.

All I'd asked for was a sample. We received it as expected.

The material is inexpensive quality at a high price. $70-80 a sq yd for that low quality material isn't what I was seeking.

$1000 for two runners is crazy...

So no, I won't be ordering from you.
