The company has garnered a mixed reputation among customers, with notable strengths in its product offerings, particularly the Apply4Me feature, which many users found to be efficient and time-saving. Customer service is frequently praised, especially for the responsiveness and professionalism of representatives like Christine and Monica, who effectively resolve issues and provide support. However, concerns persist regarding the lack of transparency surrounding the suppression list and auto-renewal policies, which have led to frustrations among subscribers. Overall, while the company excels in service quality and user experience, addressing transparency and communication issues could enhance customer trust.

I had a bit of a mixed experience, it worked in a few cases but had issues with a lot of the sites Apply4Me tried to automate. The customer support was EXCELLENT though.

Thanks so much again to Ladders and Monica for the speedy response and action.
My Ladders subscription has been dormant for several months due to a career change. Christine Praxidio helped me change my subscription to something that better fit my current needs. She was polite, and very helpful.
Monica was very... polite, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable!

Your chat agent did what I wanted, in a timely manner and was polite about it. That is terrific customer service.
Really appreciated the outreach for additional information to complete my application for a really cool job.
Christine in customer service took a complicated situation and handled it professionally and expeditiously. Thank you, Christine!
Great support. Quick replies and solved the exact issue I had.
Great App! Ladders helped me to find a job pretty fast. I was notified when my resume was submitted which kept me on track on the amount of jobs that I applied.
I was an educated fool and paid to join this site, thinking they would assist me. I saw nothing from this site that lead me to my current job. It wasn't anything they did. There were no jobs that they found me. They simply took my money and offered nothing of any value in return. I look forward to seeing the NY Attorney General take this site down and take them down hard! If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
These guys work out of a commercial mail box in Manhattan. No onsite offices or staff to speak of.
Their supposed job "leads" are often months old, and their algorithms spam users with totally irrelevant material.
Hi David-
We were once primarily onsite in Manhattan, but we are now are a fully-remote company with employees all over the world. We really appreciate your feedback regarding our site features and are working hard to improve our site functionality and suggested material.
Personal data collection, intention is to collect and lead you on as I found out the hard way on a Friday night.
Hi Gary-
Thank you for your feedback! Yes, our Apply4Me product intentionally collects your written responses to 17 common interview questions when you sign up for a premium account. Once you provide this information, download our Chrome extension and find a job you want to apply to, simply hit the Chrome extension button and our team applies on your behalf, then sends you a confirmation with an application receipt. Our intent is for you to be aware of exactly what data we collect for your job application, and we only collect the information you input yourself. If you aren't interested in providing this data, we totally get it and offer a free membership account too.
We hope this information helps!
Literally, every job that the Ladders recommended me as a remote job was in reality for a very specific location, all over the US and even in Europe.
Here are 3 "remote" jobs that The Ladders recommended me, when in reality they are for San Francisco CA, Lafayette LO, and Valencia Spain. This is the literal definition of fraud.
Hi George-
Thank you for your feedback! We realized that, too, and put some development work in to make our remote matches more accurate and update our job postings more frequently. We hope this helps make your experience more positive.
