I had ordered a google chromecast 2 from The JT store on 19th may 2019, and they havent delivered the product yet. They dont have a valid contact number neither do they reply your emails. Dont buy any item from this app. Kripaya esase kuchh bhi saman na kharide. Please be aware. I had already purchased used this app and ordered Rs1700/- but still not received my order any not getting reimbursement last 6 month. Only said thoda wait kariye. Maine bhi saste ke chakkar me fas gaya tha.
When I have been asking for my money back regularly by mails and calls, why did you send me a saree which cant even be worn. The quality of saree is so bad and it must be only 50/- worth. I have paid 1628/- and asking for my money back... Are you trying to please me with that worst product of yours. I had ordered 16 items and you say you would deliver two items of your choice. I had ordered 16 items from JT store and an amount of Rs. 1628/- has been paid thru online. My order No. 18843467 dated 09.10.2019. Payment method Zaakpay Payment. Now the money is been deducted. They say they would give me two products, I told them I dont want any product of yours and spoke to the customer service team to refund my amount of Rs, 1628/- to my bank account. They said it would take 10 days to refund. I have sent mails many times asking for the refund. They reply saying we are sending your order. I want my money back JT store.
I have made a big mistake ordering the products with your store without reading the reviews about your store. My sincere request to all is not to order any product. If I dont get my refund back I will be forced to take action against them. This is a gently reminder to refund my money back to me ASAP. I have ordered for watch on 1st Oct'19 and i have completed all billing process also, but I did not get any call or delivery from them. I just tried to contact them they said that u didn't purchase any watch u got wallet in JT store. Please don't order any things from them.
We had ordered for 3 watches from JT store on 19th Sep 2019 and have the transaction shown on our card also. We did nt receive the product and calling them they mentioned they have not received the order. The order ID is ******* and we also have a email confirmation from them. After one call, they stopped picking our calls as well.
Nobody responds to the online chat as well. We need to report them to cyber cell and get this site closed so that others are not cheated anymore.

I have placed an order for a Long top & Lipstick kit before a fortnight. They told that they will deliver it within 10 days but yet I have not recieved the product.My Order id is ******* & *******.
Fraud People And customer care executive are very pathetic they have no sense, how to talk with customer, i was just asking my order details and his executive showing me attitude he was not proper responding me and arguing with me... they are fraud dont by from J. T Store.
Never buy any products from this site, you won't get the product nor your money back, it's been more than 2months I placed my order and waiting for my money to get refunded and they are not ready to give my money too.

Don't buy anything from JT store, i order before 2 month but till date not received order, JT store taking order from customer but don't deliver your product & when you call & mail JT sote then he same answer every time, we are process, please wait 15 to 20 days, when you ask, it is confirm i am my order 15 to 20 days then he reply not sure, if stock came then we deliver, so dont buy anything from JT Store, if available minus star then i will given to JT store.
This is one of the biggest fraud site in India.
Come on guys now, we have to do something against them at least we can register our complaint at nearer police station. Therefore this store will be permanently removed from google so they cannot make fool anymore people. I tried many times to reach them and contact them but they are not responding and they grab my money by making me fool.
