I have ordered for a ups router and there is no delivery of the same. There Is no response on mails or customer care number. Completely fraudulent website and we need to report to get this site down. A complete loss of 2k amount.

Hello team. I have ordered UPS for WiFi router. Shopping Receipt Date: 05/07/2020 ORDER Number: *******. Now get a message telling orders would be delayed due to Covid 19. Can you please provide customer care number, so that we can call and clarify doubts. Order was placed with real emergency, but now it's not getting delivered. Please please please refund the same, as I can buy product outside. It costs 2000. It is not small amount. Do not cheat and play with hard earned money. Please. Or please respond to our emails properly.
Hii all this is sudhir from hyderabad, even i ordered(order id: *******) from same site but no response from any source. All given numbers are switched off, emails getting undelivered.
