I had order for two digital watches from JT stores on 10th August 2019.(
Purchase order no- ******* dated 08/10/2019, Tracking ID no is *******. I had made the required payment via on line transaction on the same day for the value of the watches as instructed by their website and had the receipt of the transaction and confirmation mail of the order and payment by the JT store. However the delivery of watches is not made event after two weeks of the placing order and making the payment.
I had sent various mails and complaints vis email but they have not responded There are lot of stuff at internet which suggest that JT store is a fake and fishing site and JT store is doing online fraud with customers by not delivering the ordered items. Hope this is not correct.
I also tried to contact with your customer care numbers and found no satisfactory response.
Pleas let me know the status of my order and delivery schedule of the product ordered under Purchase order no- ******* dated 08/10/2019, Tracking ID no is *******.
