Great Work

Got the 20' x 40' high peak party tent it was really beautiful! We fell on a rainy day and it proved to be perfectly waterproof!

This product is truly garbage we purchased a tent for a graduation party and planned to also use for a baptism also this summer we put the tent up on Friday night for party Saturday morning went outside and the poles were bent and the tarp was torn because it fell over a fence pole bogus product wasn't even windy that night also product says lifetime warranty ya but I've emailed the company 4 time over the last month r so with no response se have hem all my contact info and still nothing told them best way to contact me still nothing so I want everyone to learn from my mistakes don't fall for the scam I saw the price and sale thought it would have been a little better quality but as for my experience not true so my advice and be warned I wouldn't advised anyone to purchase from them save ur money and just rent at least u knownitll still be standing the next day and yes I did read all the review and most were good but I at least thought it would have lasted at least through a couple of events and yes I can prove that I actually purchased from this company worst company ever do not let them takenur money it's not worth it keep ur money safe this company says lifetime warranty but how's that possible if the don't ever answer just putting out my bad luck hopefully will save others from wasting there money

I ordered 2 ez pop up tents on June 11th, 2017. I received a tracking number in 2 days, received package on the 5th day. I was like -This is going smooth, only problem was they only shipped the less expensive unit. I never received the larger item. I contacted them and they responded the same day stating it was lost in shipping. Fact is they never shipped it. They offered to re-ship item or I could get a refund. I opted for the refund and that was the last time I heard from them. They have ignored every email I sent. I even resubmitted a ticket online to deaf ears.

They boast on their website "Award Winning Customer Service" Wonder what award they won, my guess is "WORST Merchant on the Web" They only answer phone if you select to place an order. They really have no customer service. If you order from this "garage in the hood" business, you are taking a chance to just throw away your hard earned money. If they would have just shipped both items this would have been a 5 Star review

Very easy and less expensive than we expected. We had a small rental,
Just wine glasses and appetizer plates.
Setting up the order was quick and easy and both pick up and return were a snap.
Our party was on Sunday and they allowed Friday pick up and Monday return and only charged for the one day.
Will definitely use again.

Hosted a dinner party for 12 and was in dire need of tables, chairs, and silverware and stumbled upon gazebo Rentals.
Amanda was friendly on the phone and it was so easy to get a quote.
I confirmed my rental within the week of our dinner by providing them with my credit card information.
We picked up our rentals and realized it was just 1.7 miles from our house, how convenient! It was an easy transaction, backed up our suv, and loaded the tables and chairs without difficulty. Same goes when returning them.
I will definitely be renting from them again on our next dinner.

We had an executive level offsite this week and our caterers suggested we rent furniture from Abbey Rentals.
Our event was from 9am-4pm so we needed our furniture delivered by 8:30am. So good service.

Tents are very easy to put up. Metal frames are sturdy and not flimsy like many others you'll find on the market. All parts are clearly labeled, and instructions are easily understood! We had our tent completely up & back down in less than 20 minutes - THE FIRST TIME WE TRIED IT! When I had an urgent situation (an apparent mix-up in delivery from the delivery service) Gazebo Store was on it right away and saved the day! If theres anything they have in stock that I need for a party, etc. I will forevermore shop here FIRST! THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!

I'm rarely greeted when I go in. But I still go in because I know during the holidays... I can find something eclectic to add to my collection. I love the Gazebo! You can find the most unique and eclectic gifts! Stop by after Labor Day and they have an annual sale!

I received 2 cheap tents you could say they were dollar store kind. So I asked for a refund, never received my $300 dollars back. They won't take my calls I have sent many messages. I will contact BBB. Please don't waste your money. If you have a problem if will never be resolved.

Stay away
April 24, 2017

I had to return my tent when it arrived too late for my event. Over the past month I have tried to contact the company via email, phone, Facebook, their online contact form, and their live chat. I have called dozens of times the past few weeks, leaving messages each time. Still no refund and no one has EVER picked up the phone or answered my emails. I went so far as to report it to paypal as I thought it might be a scam.

UPDATE: I finally got a response, after a full month of trying to contact them multiple times a day. It is against their store policy for customers to be able to speak to customer service representatives over the phone. It was explained to me that their email was "broken" and they are "understaffed." Only one person within the company seemed to be interested in helping us, and we spoke to five separate staff members. Many of the people we spoke with were patronizing (one explained to me how money works. Seriously.) They made it clear that they were more interested in their company not losing money than fixing the situation I've been in for a month. We will now receive a partial refund.

I ordered mine and got it in 3 days! It was a great addition to our wedding night! You should get the LED lights. I saw the picture of what they look like on their Facebook page, and so I had to get them. Really beautiful!

After receiving out tent for a trade show, we contacted the Gazebo Store immediately. The tent did not last one day - velcro separated, seams torn open and the frame would not stay connected at the roof points. To say this was a disaster was an understatement. We had recommended them to the vendor across the aisle from us - only to see the same results. Be careful in trying to contact them for lifetime guarantee refund... nobody is home - nobody answers. Nobody cares

When you do this, you receive an automatic response with a ticket number, and one of our support reps will work to resolve any issue you may have.
