I received a tent last year and in August 2017 I filed a claim due to the tent missing one of the leg latches that holds the tent up. I have 8 e-mail communications with The Gazebo Store Support telling me "your request has been received and is being reviewed by our staff". How many times does this need to be reviewed before I get a resolution. I like the tent but the service and guarantee by this company is unacceptable. They sent me a defective item and I want it fixed or refunded. Beware of this companies guarantee, they do not guarantee anything.

We ordered a 13x13 pop up gazebo tent with mosquito netting. The tent arrived - but the netting never did. Repeated calls, emails, and complaints have been met with silence, and the mosquito netting was never sent. I suspect they have blocked my phone number and do not answer my calls.

Hello! I just wanted to speak about my experience with your product. I was originally planning a party and was planning on renting a small venu I was recommended by friends. Given some circumstances, I had to decrease my budget significantly so we decided to launch the party in our backyard given its spacious and could accommodate a good amount of guests. I think that was actually a great idea as with the money I saved on the venue and through the purchase of the tent I was capable of sticking to my budget while not cutting on anything else. The party was perfect and probably better than it would have been at a private venue. And the best part is I got to keep the tent as used for the buffet for another future party. Im really happy with how things turned out. The event was still very elegant and the tent fit perfectly in the décor.
I just received the second tent I ordered from this website and Im very happy! I had originally planned on buying two for an event Im planning but I wanted to see the first one before trusting the site and buying more. I can now say that Im a really happy customer! My tents were both delivered rapidly. Ive been speaking too by the customer service agent very pleasantly and the overall experience was great. The product itself is top of the line and I dont think I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. You know the feeling when you bought something and youre 100% sure that youve chosen the right one. Theres no point on renting tents anymore when you can have your very own permanently! Its so easy to put away as well and you can use it over and over again with no worries of post-use damage costs and security deposits and what not! Plus its available when you need it! Im really happy I got the Party tent this is a great buy and so affordable considering the prices of rentals! Im very satisfied with this purchase!
