I just got a second tent for my parents to have it in their yard as they were telling me how much they love mine. They were really happy when they got it and I finally found the perfect gift for them. I really like the fact that it makes them spend more time together and more time outdoors. Hey love to invite friends and family over so this makes it all better.

What kind of store charges your credit card for the purchase, but then holds up the product because they "need a copy of your driver's license" to process the order. Seems to me they processed the order if they took my money. And why do they need my driver's license to ship a tent? Seems like if they needed that, it would be to process the payment.
They held up the order because "I didn't return their calls" (while I was on vacation). They did not hold up on processing the transaction, however.
"George" let me know I could anticipate a refund (perhaps) in 7-10 days. That means they held my money for nearly 3 weeks total.
What a joke!
Completing my order was fine however, my tracking number didnt work until after the item was shipped. So its not perfect but its one of those things you can easily forgive.
