Do not buy it from the gazebo store you will regret it! They only answer the phone while they are in the process of selling you the tent. Once the sale is made they will not answer the phone. If something happens to the tent. You have to use somebody else's phone in order to speak to them. They will tell you that they will take care of it. They won't of course. They will never answer a call from that number ever again. Their warrantee is not worth the paper it's written on! They will not honor it! They will lie to you and I think they find pleasure in lying to people. The Internet is the only place these people can operate. Do not buy from the gazebo store! Be a better friend to yourself and buy from somebody else. Do not buy from the gazebo store!

I got the tent ripped in the seams and also like knife cuts, so much money for a piece of crap. Since Beginning of June I am trying to get in touch with them with NO luck.

Horrible product, zero customer service, stay far away from this company. Put up 10' by 30' tent for my daughters engagement party Saturday morning and it collapsed 1 hour later. Very slight breeze that was hardly noticeable. Try to call and email company, biggest joke ever. You have been warned. Don't waste your money.

I order on line and I trying to get in touch with anybody in that company. But nobody pick up the phone, it's just a recorded message saying that they are busy with other customers. I called more than 30 times different days and times. Is this a fake co. I put my credit card already in one order
Order process was easy.
Getting the tent? IMPOSSIBLE.
Contacting the company for issue resolution? IMPOSSIBLE.
There does not appear to be customer service reps at all. No matter what time you call, the lines are busy and eventually you get told to leave a message and then it hangs up on you. Nobody responds to the messages.
Chat through the website? Good luck with that. I got an answer once and a promise for a followup that never happened. I was told that Fedex could not deliver based on a bad zip code. Really? The zip code was correct. I have gotten packages from Fedex before at the same address. Zip codes are a USPS thing, as well.
Email? Finally got a response from a tersely worded email where I asked how to get my money back because nobody answered me. I am told they are refunding my money. I have to see if it actually gets refunded.
I would have been ok with them sending the tent I purchased, but apparently they do not have the ability to supply what they sell.
Do not order from this company.

I don't understand, they apologized for their system not working, and then gave you a discount on a replacement part because you decided not to check your package for a year? Then they ask you, probably nicely, to consider not leaving a negative review, but you jump on the occasion to do just that. To customers like you I say one thing... F*** YOU! They gave you the customer service and you're composing about him not acknowledging your "frustration"? Come on!
When I read your review, I was about to make a purchase so I called them. I actually got through on the first ring and asked to speak to David. When I was transferred, I asked the gentleman About this specific review, and he just sighed and said "it's just impossible to please everyone"
He didn't want to get into it because he said conversations with customers are confidential and he wanted to respect this person's privacy. Total gentleman.
Anyways, I did make a purchase, and will update my review once I receive it.
So I have now received the tent. Yes, less than 24 hours! And let me just say that this is definitely a quality tent. I've had others in the passed, you can tell that this one is super strong and heavy duty. Please don't waste your time with stupid reviews like the one before me. They have thousands of positive reviews for a reason.
I purchased a tent for an annual event. Unfortunately, we didn't open the box until about a year later right before the event only to find that there was no roof in the box. I started contacting them for a solution. Sent them several emails with no response. Tried to call them many times and regardless of what option you select when prompted, it all gets you to leave a message prompt. Yet no one returns any calls. After a couple of months, I finally was able to get someone to respond to a chat session. This chat session was an eye opening experience. I told him that I see a significant opportunity for improving their customer service. Yet, this guy "David" offered no acknowledgement of my frustration on not getting any response from the company. He repeatedly told me, after I recognized that we didn't contact them soon enough, why I should not leave a negative review, that no-response was due to their phone system and email system not working properly for the time (I had a hard time believing both systems were not working for over two months), and emphasized over and over that they have nothing to offer because this was over the 90 day policy. I did order another roof. It was not expensive, 1/5 of what I paid for the original order. I had no problem paying for it, which I told the guy. It was their no response and the attitude that was unacceptable and unheard of.
We recently got our gazebo store tent. After setting it up we found it to be a joke... the rent is so cheaply made. All Velcro strips had thread hanging out and holes through tent material. This junk tent material is like Saran wrap... poles are also very weak... we tried contacting to send back and only through email you can do this,, with no response. We spent over $300... horrible place, never a call back to help and never answer email... we can't afford to give these people out hard earned money... Go somewhere else...
I have a tent and it came quickly and as I ordered, so I was excited. However, while in use several of the poles broke and so I called because there is a lifetime guarantee. I have been calling and emailing for over a year and there has been no response. It is all a scam- low quality products and zero customer service.

Good afternoon! I Love your products! My guests keeps complimenting my outdoors PVC tent every time they come over. My kids arent locked up indoors all the time anymore because they really liked the fact they could sit outdoors. Im considering buying a second tent for my eldest that just bought a house with his wife. I think it would be a great gift for Christmas. You guys give great service and after sale service and Im rerally pleased with my purchase! Highly recommended.
