The tent was easy to install. We also though it was a good idea to bring it up north as a kitchen tent when we went to our chalet. It was easy to pack back and forth. The packaging is great and the UV resistance keeps us protected from the sun while it is also waterproof. The weather has been quite unpredictable so far this summer and this really came in handy so far we haven't had any weather spoilers to our evenings and daytime outdoor events. All this to say we are really satisfied.

My hubby and I made a purchase on thegazebostore.com last week. We received our order in just a couple of days and we were really happy to see that we made a smart decision by going to this website. The delivery was quick, the product was impeccable and exactly as stated. We really didn't expect that much satisfaction and speed coming from an online source. It was way cheaper then at the local store and we are entirely satisfied.

I totally disagree with the other reviews. I'm sure they're fakes from competitors. My tent was not flimsy at all, it weighs over 500 pounds. I bought tents from others before which always broke. Only this one withstood our winds up here in Canada.

Disgusting that people would post fake reviews. Just try em, they say on these fake reviews that no one answers. Thats no true, if you call during business hours, there's always an answer and theyre always helpful.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

I bought a tent from them and it was the cheapest material and setup ever!
I contacted them multiple times the first week of receiving the tent and they told me they would send me a return form and NEVER did. Now they won't take my calls or respond back! So, I'm going to make EVERYONE aware of how cheap and crooked they are.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! You will not be happy and they will NOT give you a refund!

Was really happy to fall on this site! They have a great promo going on too when i made my purchase i got the octagonal tent and it was 50% off and also got free shipping! Definitely a great buy!

Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and I got the perfect tent.

Buyer beware! Ordered a $200 party tent for an event that was a few weeks away. We didn't open it when we received it because we didn't need to use it for another couple weeks. When we finally did open it for our event, 3 of the pole ends were bent. We still managed to assemble the tent by bending the pole ends back into place. We had the tent up for an hour or so when one of the poles popped out of its plastic foot. Basically the feet stake down, but what good is this if the poles pop out of the feet so easily? This caused the whole tent to collapse bending the center poles so that they no longer support the tent. Fortunately no one was injured when the tent collapsed.

I'm a reasonable person, so rather than trashing them online, I decided to contact them first to see if we could resolve the matter directly. I was told they have a 7 day return policy and that I could not return the product for a refund. They told me I could file a warranty claim. Well, this is no good because I will never put this tent up again. It's completely UNSAFE. Replacing cheap parts with more cheap parts is not acceptable.

Basically I'm probably out $200, but hopefully posting this review will prevent others from making the same mistake. Looking at the other recent negative reviews, it seems I'm out a lot less money than some other folks, so maybe I'm fortunate.

To sum up- absolutely do not buy from this company! Extremely poor quality and they don't stand behind their products. You will get a much better quality product for much less money at any big box store and they will actually do something if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

I bought a 10x20 tent for my daughter's baptism party. I set it up a couple days before to make sure it was ok. Well it wasn't... it had tears in the seams where you tie it down, missing Velcro for underneath to hold the tarp onto the weak pathetic things they call poles. The poles wouldn't stay connected so I had to tape every single joint just so it would stay together. Once I got to anchoring it down with the little thin metal stakes... let's just say it was like sticking a paper clip on a piece of floss... useless. I went to home depot and bought large tent anchors and used my 550 cord from the Army to tie it down. Later that day it blew down and the things they call poles bent and broke... I again had to improvise and make splints to keep the pole from keep falling as they were broke. We contacted customer service and they basically blew us off and had us send pictures and than still did nothing. We contacted our credit card company to see what they could do. They said to try to work it out with them. This is just ridiculous what we have to go through to not get a refund on a piece of garbage. We can return it but have to pay for the shipping... not sure how that's fair to any customer that purchases something that's faulty and than makes the customer pay again to return it. This company shouldn't be in business and PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It seriously is a piece of garbage. If they had negative stars that's what I'd give definitely not one star.

First off, this canopy is from Delta Canopies and Gazebo is a 3rd party much higher price. Trying to over charge for the carrying bags, which are included FREE directly from Delta. When I constructed the frame, I had many stripped eyelet screws which were just hand tightened. Therefore, the canopy would not fit over the frame. Leaving large gaps on the corners and side walls. Warranty is worthless and so is the return policy. Buyer Beware look elsewhere!

I'm a little worried when it comes to ordering online but this proved me that there are some great vendors out there!

Money well spent! Super happy with this pvc tent. Easy to assemble. The delivery was also very quick and free of charge! I was expecting to spend tones on shipping for something like this. :)

It's really cool to be able to launch an outdoors party and not be worried about the weather the tent we got is completely water proof and fast and easy to assemble. Honest adviser! Very happy!
