One of the biggest problems with water filters is losing the warranty, but those are so simple to install, that I don't need to worry about this. Shipped in time, and lasts for a long time. Great products!
As others say I find the service from this company is appalling and verging on fraud. Two filters ordered, took a week to arrive and were so badly packed they were both smashed to pieces. E mail requests for replacements were ignored and two telephone promises came to nothing. Two Recorded letters sent and delivered requesting refund ignored. Next step Trading Standards involvement to hopefully stop others being ripped off.
Be very wary before using this Company.

VERY POOR COMPANY!
I purchased 2 filters from this store, never received them and they took money from account straight away. I contacted their customer service department and they failed to respond. When i finally got hold of a person on their phone line, they apologised and advised they would resent, product still never arrived and can now not get hold of anyone.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I have had the same problem as those below. Ordered a filter on 5th October and nefver received it. No response to emails and answerphone states that call cannot be taken and message cannot be left. Am now persuing through bank and suggest others do the same as it would appear that this company is no longer trading legitimately.
I ordered some fridge filters on 28 September and still waiting for them... My experience is exactly the same as below - I did manage to get through to someone in the office who had all my details and assured me that they were being shipped the next day - that was 2 weeks ago... Completely hopeless will never use again

I bought 4 fridge filters from this shop on the 29th of august, I have never received them neither did I get a confirmation. The money went out of the bank though. They wont answer emails nor the many many phonecalls I have made. I wish I had gone to this site beforehand. I guess I have to contact my bank. I am contacting tradinfg standards on this one. :(
They take the money - you get no receipt or confirmation nor any other kind of email acknowledging your order. If you don't write down the order number they give you at the time of purchase you are stuffed because there is no other way of tracking your order.
Not that tracking your order makes any difference. If they don't deliver your goods, they wont respond to your emails either and their phone line is constantly busy.
I cant decide if they are criminal or just incompetent.
Don't ever buy anything form these people.
I ordered some vacuum cleaner bags on July 27. I emailed them on the 12/8 to ask where they were. No response so I tried to call them a few tiems this morning and get a recording saying my call cannot be taken at the moment and I cannot leave a message. By the look of the reviews here I will need to take it up with my bank.

Awful service! I placed an order for some vacuum cleaner bags, and had received nothing after 3 weeks. I email 3 times with no response, then tried to call today and I was told that I would receive a refund within the next 4 days? When I asked why I'd had no response from my emails, I was told to F**k off!

We have made an order on 26/9/2012 and the filters still have not arrived. Also it is impossible to contact them. The phones and e-mail are not replied.
