Freeze Pipe

Ordered on 12/18, paid expedited shipping to receive prior to Christmas - label created on 12/19 and "awaiting pickup"... here it is 1/3/2024 and it is still "awaiting pickup". Total BS. Buy local and forget these people.

First off I paid for prom shipping came late, get the bong it's down steam clogs because filter holes are way to small. Then the thing wouldn't come apart and broke by the stem of the bong. Got maybe 2 months of use of this product before it's crapes out. I would never buy from them again. They suck. Really cool concept though

I wish i had read more reviews before buying the bubbler.the glass connecters break very easily when you connect the bubbler to the coil piece. When i contacted them they said just buy another one and i would get the same deal as the first time. This is a gimmick product from china, not good quality.it seems like this happens quite regularly, all ending by saying very very bad customer service. Just in case there is an ambiguity my advice is stay away from this product and the company

The freeze pipe does really well at cooling the smoke! It freezes fast, but it also thaws out really fast. I bought a freeze pipe sleeve to help it stay cooler longer but it really doesn't. For one thing the sleeve is too small. It doesn't adequately cover the freeze section. All in all, on a scale of 1 - 10, I would give the freeze pipe a 2. My water bong does just as good a job as cooling the smoke as the freeze pipe and it last a whole lot longer. You actually would need three freeze pipes to make it efficient. One in the freezer, one that you are using and one being cleaned. For the price you pay for each pipe, I personally don't think it's worth it.

I've had a great time with my Freeze Pipe until today when I picked it up out of the box and it was in two pieces! I've never dropped it and I rarely freeze it!

Did a lil experiment. Used frozen freeze pipe compared to regular pipe. NO comparison, couldn't believe how smooth freeze was. Plus was double the hit! Also has smooth puff without being frozen.
This is my 2nd pipe. For some reason on this one the bowl doesn't have as tight of fit.

The hottest harshest hits I've ever had the exact opposite as advertised they won't refund and tell me its not defective I have photos of me talking to customer support and if it's not defective then their products must be crap I really really wanted this pipe to be as good as advertised I gave it a few chances before reviewing and this is the first time I've even been disappointed with something enough to provide a negative review I don't like doing but I had to say something about this.

Customer service text number? Disconnected.
Business phone number? Disconnected. You get an email adress and that's it, where hopes for a response go to die.

Customer service being gone wouldn't seem like a problem only orders are shipping out of their warehouse so slowly, that the shipping labels expire before they go out. End result is you make a multi hundred dollar purchase and you see that a label was created and it goes no where for over a month. You inquire and if you are lucky a week later you get a response apologizing with zero status info. Seems like a scam, and if it isn't then it's a company that is falling apart so badly that there's barely any difference. Steer clear.

I ordered the 6 arm bubbler and glycerin coil. The glycerin coil was malformed and kinked so it was virtually unusable. After quite a bit of back-and-forth with customer service they agreed to send me a new one when it came into stock. However the same day I got a marketing text that said all products are in stock and ready to ship. So when I wrote them back and said that they said oh well that's you know not really true because this is part of a set so we will have to break the set up to give it to you. So that's BS because you can order the item individually on their website so it's not part of a set that so that was just another lie. Anyway the second one was defective just like the first and I pressed on and they sent me a third which was also defective. So three times three were bad. And then I still trying to enjoy the 6 alarm bubbler and it fell over just sideways on my coffee table and cracks completely. Internally. The strength of the glass must be minimal so save your money

So took over 24hrs to receive my confirmation e-mail with the wrong purchase date 5-7 days shipping, took way longer almost 2 weeks! Ordered freeze pipe revolver, koosie, and extra bowl! Koosie is JUNK pipe just rolls around the table! They replied it covers the feet on some pipes, NO it overlaps on the bottom and unless those feet are legs it junk and they know it. Told them that's why they sent me an extra. Went to poorly review their junk and realized it come with 2 bowls so I got shorted A bowl on top of it! Pipe gets 5 stars company gets 1!

Been satisfied overall with the freeze pipe. Does clog so clean often. Advise that if in Canada you will be charged duty fees, fee that was not disclosed at purchase.

I have ordered twice now and I will NEVER look anywhere else! I have bought two bongs now and also the bowl, HIGHLY satisfied! The bong I got a custom coil and it turned out AMAZING! I also got a center coil for extra coils and coldness and it hits SO smooth! I can take the biggest rips with this bong. The bowl is awesome! Just pack the removable bowl and then get the pipe out the freezer and BAM smoothest bowl hits I've experienced! I have also got the cleaning kit with the covers and plugs and it makes cleaning SO easy! I will continue to keep shopping with Freeze Pipe and I tell everyone I know to shop here! Great products and the customer service is AMAZING, they will definitely take care of you! Oh, and the packaging is GREAT too! Don't second guess or window shop, buy now and you will not regret it!

I love the product it is fantastic but a month after l received a bill from fedEx for 101.97 for Ground service not cool

It's been almost a month now and I have still yet to recieve my order. I contact customer service and they keep telling me it will be shipped as soon as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY

I am ecstatic! Though it is smaller then the one my boyfriend has at his place it is the perfect size for someone like me, I love smoking out of this!

I already own the Tornado, love it. It's my go-to Dab rig. Waited for months to get my hands on the DNA Red coil. Finally came up as available so I ordered it. After a month I called and they said they didn't know why I hadn't received it and said he would put rush on it. Then I see that the xl bong base was now available also so thinking my coil will be rushed I order the base. Got the base 4 days later. Called again after now 6 weeks after I ordered it and was told now there is another two week wait for no reason. So over 2 months after I ordered my coil I still have not received it and all I get from whoever answers there phones is I can see your order but it will be another two weeks according to what I'm seeing and tell me there is no one else talk to. I've asked to talk to supervisor or owner or someone higher then who answers the phone and I'm told there not there. 8 times. Horrible service and they don't even care, the guy said all I can do is cancel to the order and refund your money. Ok what about the base I have that is useless with out the coil?

Love the cold smoke still kinda coughing but I get a much bigger hit. Wish it was a little smaller kinda big for my hands and I am clumsy. But I have showed it off to all my 420 friends.
