I was highly impressed with initial speech and the way we were sent for the hotel tour. The moment we reached we sat there for an hour without anyone welcoming us. On asking the reception they said someone would be with us soon and asked us to wait again. I compromised my plan of going to the waterpark to visit the hotel and see the presentation as you stated. We wasted 1.5hrs travelling to the hotel, waiting in the lobby, then waiting for the taxi without seeing the hotel as the staff said they are 'too busy to help us'. By the time we got back to Atlantis it was 3pm and the park closed at 630pm. We weren't able to do anything in the park as well since the time was wasted by the poor service provided by aria and their team.
Before leaving a guy came and told us about the package without the hotel tour and wanted us to buy it which was so unprofessional.
Highly disappointed with the overall scenario. I want compensation for messing up with my trip to Atlantis and spoiling our mood by mistreating us.

This is because when we got there,we realized we had forgotten our passports (my wife & I)A driver was asked to take us back home &we were told we could come back anytime once we found it but since we found,no one responds to us either via mail or WhatsApp.I feel like we were used just to satisfy and fill the list of clients who have visited.😡

Started with not giving the right picture at airport by assuring tour of Ciel. At the office was tossed to nearly 7 representatives trying to pitch their sale too too hard and never had plans to show ciel. The finale was the ultimate, knowing I have to reach somewhere, a new sales person was sent to promote his speciality.
