Was unsure about having a subscription service until I took the dive and I can honestly say I have never been happier. The team is super helpful packaging is the best on the market and cant go wrong with playing cards a must purchase for any card collector.

Secret card delivered at home. Looks like a great idea but… I've read too much into this and here's why I'll never do it again. I choose the Gold tier because I thought they pick nice deck for me, unfortunately after the initial surprise with a nice golden wrapping with wax seal all I got is an awful Halloween deck from Fontaine (hence quality cards with ugly design) for $30!
I got plenty deck for half the money and ten times better. So next time no blindfold orders!
I bought some cards as a gift and had a few questions about delivery. I messaged via instagram and received a reply so quickly! They were so helpful and assured me that I would receive my order within 3 days, which I did! The cards themselves are absolutely beautiful, I will definitely be buying from The Card Inn again!
Overall, my experience with The Card Inn was positive. The product was well prepared and packaged to a high standard. In this age of creative content being used and shared online. I was left feeling a little disappointed by the lack of customer loyalty and retention offered after sharing a photograph online. Being in sales myself, I have benefited greatly from customers sharing photographs of products they have ordered. In return, all of my customers have been rewarded. This is good karma and reciprocity benefits both sides for ongoing longevity. The Card Inn has a good product and presentation. Keeping customers happy inspires them to return. Overall no complaints. My product is excellent and presented to me a professional manner merited by my investment.

The website is easy to navigate and has an excellent and reasonably priced playing cards. They arrived with branded tape around the package and inside delicately wrapped in tissue paper. They are my first choice when buying cards.
Ordered from this lovely company and received a beautifully tissue wrapped set of 2 playing cards with a personal note from one of the owners. I would happily order again and am delighted with the service they gave me. I haven't unwrapped the cards as they are a wedding present, and as they look so beautiful I didn't want to re-wrap them up. Very happy to support this small business.
