I am happy with the product itself. However, it was meant to be a Christmas present. I ordered it 10 days prior to and received it 4 days after Christmas. I called to check in it the Friday before Christmas and was told it was lost in the mail. So you were going to refund my purchase. I then went and bought a replacement gift elsewhere. Yesterday I realized I hadnt received my refund and then later in the day the package was delivered. The whole process was a complete cluster and I am extremely disappointed.
My bindings came defective out the box and asked for a replacement pair which was sent and promised it would come before Christmas so I could gift it to a friend but replacement pair came on the 26th had to give my friend an empty box with the conformation that I had bought it for him. Not happy that I was told id be getting them before and didn't. If their is something you guys could do to compensate for the lost time it would be great. Other than that everything else was fine.
I got his jacket for Christmas and absolutely love it :) Super warm and exactly as described. Can't wait to wear it to Iceland next month!

My son found the attack pro bmx. All was right in the world when it showed up under the tree. The bike came shipped quickly. It was never in doubt that I would have it before Christmas even though I ordered it just 9 days prior. I liked the fact that almost instantly I was notified that the shipping address was different than the billing address. I did not mind calling and confirming this.
I received my order really fast, I absolutely LOVE my coat! The only thing wrong is the inside right pocket was not sewn on the backside, so anything I put in that side floats all over the inside of my coat.
