Sure they have a lot to offer, it's what brought me to the site. I have a budget and not much money. I bought a pair of cheap boots, hoping they would be the 'one'. They were not. I tried them on at home and walked around in them and they just didn't fit right. I looked up the return policy and they don't assist with it what so ever! BEWARE before you buy! Boots and other items need to fit perfectly. They are a huge company. I don't see why they could help the little guys out. So after they received my shipment back, I was credited for the boots but not the shipping. This I knew, but I called customer service to see if this could change. No. It's a strict no. I lost over $20 giving this company a shot. I will never return.

I purchased a pair of snowboard pants for my son, just a few days prior to Christmas. I live in an area where there are very few places to purchase snowboarding gear. Nobody had his size in anything! I found the House online and ordered the pants and some Burton gloves. I had them within a couple of days. The pants and gloves fit perfect. He went to Park City a couple days after Christmas to go snowboarding, he had no complaints! I got a great price on both and they were name brand - great quality. It was a very easy transaction, with no hassles. I will definitely shop with them again in the near future!
All the gear is perfect. I was able to put the bindings on my board all by myself. At first, the boots seemed too small, but after talking to my local shop, the assured me that I was sized correctly. So update on my last review. The jacket is perfect! The only downside are the cuffs of the jacket where the color is. This part of the jacket gets wet easily but is hardly noticeable when worn over your snowboarding gloves.
Spent $200 on a cross country ski package and the boots were way too small. I called to exchange them because I ordered the size thanks to their chart and their rep's recommendation, and was told by the rude customer service rep that I should not trust those things (their chart and their reps) and do my own research. Therefore, it was my mistake and I have to pay for the $30 return myself. Wow. I need to purchase several more sports related items and will go elsewhere.

Everything was fine. The jacket I ordered was much smaller than expected though... im 5' 9 and weigh 135lbs and the large was almost too small.
