Found a pair of Stones K2's. Can't wait to try them. My age fits the performers. Made an error & tried to get the pkg but ordered two pair of skis instead. They fixed the problem by sending the bindings. Now just waiting for the credit to come through. I'll shop here again. Thank you.

I placed two orders on the same day from The House with free two day shipping. One order shipped within a day and arrived right on time. 5 stars. The other order didn't ship for three days, was told by one customer service agent when I called that it had (and it hadn't) and subsequent correspondence with customer service was rude, condescending, and couldn't figure out that there were two orders and two tracking numbers. I didn't get my equipment on time before my ski trip and had to rent equipment. Boo. 1 star.

They would not provide a return shipping label or reimburse me for the shipping cost which was $16 to return it. Very $#*!ty customer service. Will NEVER shop here again.
I have never had a problem with The House... My only nit picky thing would be the condition that some of the items come in. That being said most of the items I purchase are from previous seasons so they come a little dusty or scratched but still functional.
