My daughter loves her Burton snowboard jacket. It was to replace a similar one from 2 years ago, and although the newer model isn't identical, she it thrilled! Prompt delivery and great sale price.

I ended up chatting with a customer service rep who got enough of the info right that I went ahead and placed the order. The product ended up including one part that wasn't listed in the description and I ended up purchasing another of that part since I didn't realize it was included. Overall, a fairly good experience but could use improvement.

Shopping with the house was as about as easy as it gets. The only hard part was selecting what I actually wanted because their selection is so large! I've already made a second purchase from them and will continue to make the rest of my purchases with them in the future
I received my snow pants quickly and was impressed with the customer service from The House Boardshop. I wear a US Size 4-6 and ordered a size medium in the pants. I loved everything about these pants except they run small and are tight in the waist. Good thing I ordered the medium.
I bought my daughter her 1st snowboard along with bindings and boots. This site had by far the largest and best selection to pick from. I even used the online chat when I was unsure of what size to go with, they were very helpful!
Purchased new XC boots, Rossignol X3's, and the 44's ordered were too tight. The 45's are perfect, now we just need some snow!
The staff is very helpful. I had ordered snowboarding pants for my son for Christmas, which turned out to be too large. We returned the pants and exchanged for a smaller size, which also didn't fit, so they were exchanged for a different brand. The returns were processed quickly and the new orders arrived without delay. I have dealt with The House over the years and find that they are very customer oriented, with great prices as well!

Bought a pair of Volcom and RVCA boardshorts... got em for a good price in the size i wanted, they came earlier than expected, and fit great. Id highly recommend this site for purchases. They always have good sales and the product selection is great..
Price was great, delivery was on time, bike is awesome. Had no issues and would use the House again for outdoor recreational equipment.
