I won't shop anywhere else for any snowboarding needs. The house is amazing! Customer service is great, they helped me pick out the snow pants that would match the jacket I bought and the delivery was so quick and painless! Love the-house <3

They helped with the questions I had about the board and bindings I was purchasing. I love the board and satisfied with the bindings. They are both exactly as described by the website. It's to the point that if I want anything snowboard or casual apparel related, they are my first stop.

I got a bike from the house website an it was shipped fast a& easy. I had a small problem with my peddles not being shipped with my bike so i call & talk to somw one a bout it & they fixed it right away

Poor return service

No return information included with order, so it's taken extra time online and on phone with customer support to get instructions. Return shipping is not covered, which is an expense that will prevent me from shopping with The House again. Easy returns should be a standard best practice and affects overall shopping experience.

CUTEST JACKET EVER
