I ordered textbook and paid for 2 days delivery. Didn't get a book on time. I also sent a question to customer service and never got a response back.
Everything went well with the buyback. Was refunded the money for it really fast! Shipping by FedEx.

I sent in a book for buyback and was given notice that they wouldn't be purchasing the book because the IBSN wasn't printed on the back of the book. I contacted them and told them there was a UPC with IBSN number on the back of the book because I sent it in with one. They took a photo of the barcode label and emailed it to me and after arriving at their establishment the barcode magically got ripped halfway off so they wouldn't buy it back. And for those of you who don't know, if they don't buy a book back they make you pay to have it shipped back or keep the book themselves to resale without paying you. This is an EXTREMELY DISHONEST company. I cannot believe they do stuff like this to their customers. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase or buy from this company again. I caution you if you do...
Textbookrush shipped my expensive book in a plastic bag. I had to pay shipping to return it to them.

I've reviewed your order. It looks like you've receive a full refund for your order - product and shipping. We are unable to refund you more than we collect for the original charge - our credit card processing system doesn't allow this. To receive a prepaid label, customers have to reach out to us prior to shipping their return.
I also want to let you know that your order was fulfilled by an alternate TextbookRush facility. We have notified the facility to communicate the packaging concerns. Which I know this doesn't solve your issue, but I didn't want you to think that feedback was ignored.

I was paid a third of the quote that I received. I entered in the correct ISBN number, and when I questioned the amount I received I was told that I put in the wrong ISBN. Definitely not the case.
No issues whatsoever. Typed in my ISBNs, shipped the books, and received the check a few days later. All within a short time period.
I had a very good experience. I liked how I could enter the ISBN and continue to look back on the prices. It helped me know when to sell.
Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.

All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary by carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination. But our team did acknowledge that you could email them if it didn't arrive by the next day and they would further assist you.
