Selling my book back to TextbookRush was so easy! Printed the label, packed it up, and dropped it off for FedEx pickup. TextbookRush sent an email confirming when the book was received, when it was checked in, and when the check was mailed. The check arrived quickly. I would definitely use them again!

It is the best I love the simplicity and efficiency. I needed books and got them for very cheap.

Selling books to TextbookRush is a very easy process. It just can't be Amy simpler. You actually get paid what your initially quoted for. Me wife and I have sold books here for almost a year and not once have we had an issue. AWESOME!

I placed several orders that were canceled a week later because of lack of inventory. Meanwhile my semester has started and I'm still without a book. They placed holds on my credit card that last for days past cancellation, holding up cash that I could have used. Lost all my future business.

I sold books that were in gently used, no damage condition. I received payment for all of my books except, shocker, the most expensive book they quoted me. They said there was water damage on my book, which is NOT true as I dropped off my books in completely undamaged condition at the Fed Ex store. So unless they were damaged during the packaging and shipping process, I sent perfectly decent, undamaged books to this company. I have sent an email about the issue and have yet to hear back, but I will not stop until I get my "damaged" textbook back. Completely uncalled for and a complete lie.

I normally use Books Run to sell my textbooks, but for two of the books I had, Textbook Rush was offering more. It doesn't matter because I still have not received my check. When I contacted their "customer service," they gave me the runaround and told me that I would have to wait 45 days before they would do anything. I have NEVER had this problem with Books Run. I will never recommend Textbook Rush to anyone. That was a tough $77.90 lessen to me.

Easy and quick and just as advertised! Thank you I was worried about paying for my school books this semester but you really helped me get buy reselling used versions for a very affordable price! I got my book in just the right time to start classes!

I purchased a set of two books "Medical Surgical Nursing 8th edition, and paid an expedited shipment. I received only one volume that is #2. For 15 days I have sent them several emails; but they only answer that they are waiting for the warehouse answer. I gave them the option to send me a package to return volume 2; but they did not took an action as well. I could not study for my test. These people are a joke. Don't buy from them if you seriously need the merchandise. There is a true reason why they have bad reviews.

I ordered from this website because I saw the shipping was going to be fairly quick. However, the textbook was never delivered. I did have a positive experience with the customer service representative. They were very good at responding to my questions and did eventually refund my money. I may be hesitant to order from here again, but we will see.
