My granddaughter needs an access code for one of her classes. Since money is tight and trying to save a few dollars, they ordered from this TextbookRush company and paid 63 dollars for it. When she tries to log in using the code they sent, she gets an error message saying that code has already been used. I have tried 3 times to contact the company, but with no luck yet. She has been in school for 2 weeks now and not able to attend this one class because of the problem with the access code.
Checked in and paid on time. There prices were fair and I had no issue with my order.
The buyback performance of this website is the worst in the whole internet. After the book ISBN,s are entered on the site, it takes for ever to return your search results. The next process is a nightmarish experience as it will constantly time out on you while you are waiting to complete the process. A lot time is lost trying to do buyback business on this site. Very disappointing.
I've used this service several times - I have never received less than I was quoted. The first time I used Textbookrush I used several other sites simultaneously because their quotes were higher for my books. This site is my favorite by far! I was paid through PayPal within a week of sending off my books both times. Would recommend and would use again

textbookrush.com Marketplace seller: Red Gorilla Books lied and said the book is "used GOOD" condition. I got something that is not good. I asked for a return shipping label. I am still waiting. They are scummy scammers. The book had pieces of trash scrap paper from previous owner. Yucky filthy nasty garbage. Still waiting for return label.

When I placed the order, I had checked "overnight delivery" and paid $39.99 for that service. The package took 2 business days to leave your warehouse, and then it was sent by ground, not air... I got it 3 days after that... you really need to improve your internal controls to deliver what you say you can do... this situation was clearly not a "Textbook Rush"!

I found this site offers much better buy back prices than the campus bookstore. Get your price on Sunday night and mail out Monday with their prepaid shipping label. Email communication is good, they emailed me by Thursday that they received book. I had a check by the following week.
I have dealt with these book exchange companies before. This one is by far the best! Good prices, great response time, and I got my books paid for within two days of sending them which is what I needed. Thanks textbookrush!

Five stars across the board. I seldom leave reviews. TextBookRush will be my go-to site for books in the future.
Paid over $100 for a used book in "good" condition that came with a damaged spine. You cannot call Textbook Rush. They subcontract via Alibris books who have zero customer service except by a one way internal mail complaint form that directs you back to the dishonest seller who does not respond. I will have to cancel the payment by disputing it with my credit card company.
