Try before you buy" system, Tenorshare provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all products. I order the product and it was the Mac version, which was the wrong version that I need. They wanted to send me the Windows version. I didn't want the Windows version. I just wanted a refund of my money,. I have been trying to get a refund and all I have gotten was the run around. Some people like this product but I would never buy from this site again. Because they don't stand by their guarantee. Just tried of send email and no one trying to response to my emails.
The site says remove any lock 30 day money back guarantee. As you can see. They are falsely advertising or not being as direct as they should. Since they can not remove any lock. Second. Money back guarantee but they will not honor this and push to give me a percentage refund. This is bad business all around. I have expressed my displeasure and wanting my money back and no longer trust them. Yet they blatantly disregard it all. I highly suggest looking elsewhere before trying them.
I paid $32 for their program to exit recovery mode for my iPhone. The program did not work for my issue at all and left me having to delete my iPhone. I have been requesting a refund for 10 days now and Natalia from their terrible customer service department emailed me back saying she can give me 50% of refund. This is unacceptable and honestly feel robbed by these people. A real company wouldn't act this way. They have the logs and see that their program didn't work for me but they are still holding my money. Terrible customer service and untrustworthy company.

I suffered for a long time with the transfer of WhatsApp until I came across this application. Excellent program, quickly transferred data and without errors.

Downloaded this app to reset my phone. App didn't work - and I mailed them the same along with screenshot. But they won't accept and won't refund. So if you're paying them consider the money gone. They do not care about the customer or their experience. They just care about money and that's about it. Terrible support.
