I purchased the program last week to transfer my WhatsApp data from my Android phone (Samsung A50) to iPhone (iPhone 12). At first, it did not work as intended as there was a verification error with my WhatsApp account. I asked for help in the Tenorshare site (via ticket) and I was asked to send my log. The support team helped me by analyzing the log and then I tried to use the program again. I tried the transfer again, it took its time as I had a lot of data but if finally managed to work as intended. The program is worth it, you just have to be patient and ask for support. Thanks!

If you have problem with your iphone you can do better contacting apple instead of these scumbags.
They have no way to help you as their software and expertise is all crap.

The team is very helpful and cooperative, i get a clear answer right away for every question I ask about the service which is not the case in other sites. Service works, you should have your ipad/iphone activation lock bypass in a second.

While we understand there's no technical issue with your case so usually it's hard to refund." How is the software not working, not technical? No not buy this software.

I spent $58 and signed up to use tenoshare software to help me as I locked myself out of my phone. Long story short tenoshare did not work for my situation. I contacted them straight away and requested a refund and cancelled so it would not auto bill me next month. 4 emails from me later across 26 days as they did not reply to the first 3, they said that they would only offer me a 30% refund because their software had no bugs? On the website it states 100% refund guarantee. 30 day money back guarantee. This is a lie if they are offering me 30%. Their stuff may work for you but the info they were giving out and charging $58 for I had found on the net for free. Honestly I wouldn't waste money with this company.

What's there to worry about if I know there's someone out there 24/7, answering to my questions and doubts in a timely manner. In short, I would have less worries of being scammed online. Kudos to TenorShare Support for your services.

I am really pleased with the tenorshare iAnygo application. I purchased the lifetime registration and find myself using the app on almost a daily basis to alter my phone's location. The multiple settings (single poin and multi-point selections) are particularly helpful, and the "cool-down" timer comes in handy a great deal as well when using the application to alter my setting for games like pokemon go. I recommend and show the app to friends who are also quickly impressed by its performance!

I've purchased Tenorshare UltData, in hopes of recovering some photos from my iPhone. However, the software only retrieved broken/corrupted images.
When asked for a refund, the support team refused to give me a full refund on multiple occasions, they tried to pin the blame on me by saying my data was broken and unrecoverable in the first place, and eventually only agreed to give me a 30% refund due to "this being a hard time".
I only asked for a full refund because of the "30-day cash back guarantee" slogan on their website, which is a huge lie. The marketing department simply gave me a refund policy to read and made up one excuse after another.

My advice is to stay away from this company and its products. Lying to their customers and blaming them for being unable to use a BROKEN software is disgusting. Do not give them a single penny.

I thought getting these iOS devices unlocked was literally impossible but Tenorshare seems to have found a way to do it in a way that is easy for anyone to do.

After purchase the software, I received the product key on the same day. I've did encounter some issues such as some bugs, after report it to the customer service, they reply it and fix it even I know the team is on vacation.

Horrendous customer service.
I purchased the whatsapp transfer tool as I required it for my mother's phone new phone - she was going from iPhone to Android. The software kept crashing and getting stuck, it did not work after 3 days of trying. I tried different cables, another macbook etc but to no avail. I sent customer service the logs requested and they offered me a 30% refund. I then rejected and said I would like a full refund as their software has not done the job, they then offered me a 60% refund. I then rejected once again and they offered me a 80% refund. I find this behaviour and refusal of a full refund unprofessional and unacceptable and have reached the end of my tether.
