I ordered a used demo racquet for purchase. It arrived with the strings having numerous and significant fraying. Some strings are more than 50% worn through. This racquet cannot be played with until the strings are replaced. I anticipated used strings with the racquet but these are intolerable. Tennis Express should have notified me of the poor condition of this demo racquet and offered to replace the strings prior to shipment. Poor customer service.
This dress is light weight and cool. However, I would like it to be a little longer. My tennis shorts hang out the bottom. It is comfortable, except that I'm always pulling it down to make it longer.
I really enjoy Tennis Express. The prices are fair, and they carry a lot of really good apparel. I just wish medium sizes didn't run out so fast.

We use these balls for collegiate Club tennis practice and they work great! It's a great deal for the amount of balls you get.

I didn't have a trouble finding the items I needed and they even provided a team code for our tennis team so that we could order our team uniforms online and didn't have to come into the store. This was so helpful and convenient.

Excellent and prompt service by tennis express. I really enjoyed hitting with this tennis racket. Very easy to handle and control. My ground strokes felt really crips and smooth and my volleys were crazy good. Will definitely recommend and surely will be my next purchase. The only problem for me was the strings that the racket came with. I would mush have prefer using another strings on this racket. But overall a very good experience.

I ordered Asics Gel Challenger 11, and they came within 4 days. There was a deal that if I payed more than $65 the shipping would be within 3 days; it came in 4. However, it came very early in the morning so it wasn't too long a wait. I love the product, and definitely would recommend both the shoe and this site for any tennis related purchase!
