I ordered tennis shoes. The product was delivered on time and as shown on the website. I will definitely order form Tennisexpress again.

I like the return policy especially with shoes since you can't try them on untll you get them. Only had to use them once, but the customer service was good.

Very easy shopping experience, once I found what we needed! That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars--had a little trouble filtering for certain attire in certain sizes and colors. But otherwise it was an A+ experience.

We ordered a tennis bag and a shirt. It arrived when promised and I love the little free tennis ball key chain they added to the order. I'm sure it costed them almost nothing to add it but my daughter thought it was cool.

Shoe's arrived in time - I have been trying to get these shoe's for a while now and finally got the chance. Nadal Lunar's are tied (due to more ankle support). The Oscillate's are amazing and super comfortable - They provide amazing comfort for the front and back of the foot. Only snag - Angle of where the shoe cut's off is right at the ball of the ankle - For those with weak ankle's make sure to wear that brace!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I wanted a different item, which according to the website was still available, but I had to change due to it being out of stock... But the product that replaced my first choice and the whole online and customer service experiences were great.

The rackets were as ordered and came quickly. However, the tension that they were strung at was not labeled. I would like to order my racket with the same tension, but I don't know what it is.
