My Order

I just want to say thank you from placing of my order to receiving it has been so enjoyable. Temu is a great company to deal with. Received email quickly after placing order to let me know order was placed, received tracking info within a day or so, and Temu stayed on top of the delivery until I received it today. Received emails with up to date tracking info everytime something took place. Great company with the best service to customers I have ever had. Also I am very happy with my order. Will definitely order from Temu again.

Worst Customer service ever
September 20, 2023

Temu is all good as long as you have no problem. The moment you have a problem, they become the worst ever company. I had an order that was never delivered and they kept insisting it was with a misleading picture, they asked me to call their courier service for further details and when I did the courier service told me it was returned back and to call temu for it. When I got back.in touch with them, they kept saying to call the courier service and that they wouldn't help, even after I sent them picture of email from the courier service asking to contact temu. After a lot of back and forth where both companies kept asking ti call each other, the courier company relented and gave me a refund but temu never took responsibility for it ever.
The next thing that happened was I ordered a bunch of items and one was a shelf packed in a box. I omly received that box and the package itself was tightly wrapped around the package that you can tell there wasn't anything else packed. I sent the picture of package and the shelf box itself and unless they want to agree that they tempered with the box of shelf, there was no way to say items were packed. But temu kept denying my claim without any info. After atleast 15 times, I had contacted their customer service, all I got was their cameras show it was packed. I recieved no proof of it and my proof was discarded even though it was a solid proof.
Not to mention it is actually hard to reach their customer service. If you contact customer service to talk to a person, they will tell you to submit a ticket. The ticket do not talk to an actual person and they refuse to talk to you one on one. The only way you can directly talk to them is to call them and even that takes ages and you still won't receive the help you need in the end.

I have found the exact same puzzles at Amazon as at Temu. Difference between for same puzzle and size as much as $30.00. That is a huge difference. Same manfacturers. Example a puzzles of a Jigfoxy rooster and puzzles of a Kaahee Sea Turtle. Check it out for your selves. Also had picture of rooster but system let me choose only one item. All ready had slightly different rooster. So order number for turtle.

I ordered a shirt and hat for my husband. And a short outfit for myself. It took weeks to get it and when I finally did I was very unhappy. The hat looks really cheap and came really smashed/ folded up in a bag. It's trash and as for the outfit I got it looks nothing like the picture shown. It's very cheap looking and the colors are dull. The cute picture shown on the shirt is just a big cheap sown on patch. My husband was dissatisfied with his shirt also. I saying is cute but the shape and material it's made from is weird. I'll never buy from them again! And the order wasn't really that cheap either. I would have rather spend the $32 on one good item at my local store then to have wasted it on this trash!

I'm not sure if Temu or Laser shipping is at fault. My last order showed delivered and signed by someone i don't even know. The delivered address just shows my zip and not my full delivery address. I am not happy about this and probably will not be purchasing anything more and run the chance of this happening again

Low prices and brains

I just received the transparent microwave food cover that is pictured online with an orange plastic handle. This will be the 2nd item sent without a part (the handle is missing).
TEMU has some of the lowest prices online, but that comes at some cost; incomplete orders, the most annoying marketing, factory seconds etc.
If you want to be confident of what you're getting go elsewhere. If you're curious and don't want to risk any serious money TEMU will scratch that itch.

I did not receive my order from Temu and when I reached out to them about it they stated that according to the terms and conditions I agreed to when I signed up, they are not responsible for items once they are shipped! That is insane and terrible service! I paid for it and THEY chose the shipping company. If there is an issue with delivery it is up to them to work it out with their delivery company - not to just tell me that they aren't responsible and that they are "sorry'! I paid for my merchandise and am therefore entitled to it! Now I need to do a charge back on my credit card just to get my money back! All I asked was for them to reship my order as I want it. This is cut and paste what they said to me:
I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or resend the missing package since the logistic record indicates that the package was delivered to the address consistent with the shipping information.
In accordance with Section 11.1 of our Terms of Use, as cited here, " When a purchase is made pursuant to a shipping contract, the risk of loss and title for Product pass to you upon delivery of the Product to the carrier. " You can find more information about our policy on our website at https://www.temu.com/terms-of-use.html.
In light of the above, we recommend checking your mailbox, around your house, and other potential locations for the package.

Bubble Guns -32 bubbles

I bought these two bubble gums from a granddaughters. My daughter went to use them, put batteries in but in the battery compartment it's missing a hard to keep the batteries in place. I'm trying to get a refund but they insist they need a picture, well I don't have a picture. I thought this was a good site but I will no longer be using this site at all. For a $4.58 and a $6.98 bubble gun machine yes I want my money back. But I don't feel I should have to provide a picture when they're not even in my house anymore. Terrible company

ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE

Temu is horrible. I would give negative stars of i could. They use to be good, but they don't care anymore. Not only did they lose tracking on my package and didn't get it back until I got on to them over and over, but when my package finally came, it was missing 4 of the 9 items I ordered. I showed them and told them over and over and their untrained online customer service reps just kept repeating themselves regardless of what I had shown them. They don't care. At all. If you're reading this, go find another sight to order from that does a better job. I promise, you will experience problems with Temu. Time for them to be canceled.

Extra charges

I liked the products and delivery Tim. BUT, I have an extra charge on my card and it's near impossible to get them to remove it. I was issued a refund for items that were a mistake. Never received the items. Afterwords the same day they recharged me for the same items. They won't refund that extra charge. Keep telling me to work it out with my bank. Banks says we need to dispute the charge and cancel the card. Temu will not cancel the charge!

Do not order from Temu

Do not order from Temu. I ordered 9 items. They claimed to have delivered the package, but was never at my door. They mailed me another package and again, I never received it. I asked for proof of delivery with a picture of the packages at my door, to no avail. They refused to refund me the money. I had just bought a condo and I had ordered tons of things from different companies and I received every package, except the ones from Temu.

This is the worst company I ever brought from and will not be doing business with them moving forward- never received order or refund - please see image states that refund is being issued since July 19 haven't heard anything since kept calling giving me run around. Don't do business with this company you have been warn
