Temu has some really good stuff,like panties, bikinis, a lot of there clothing,some of there hair products are wonderful,the only bad things about temu is the stupid games,they get you to buy stuff and invite friends to win prices,and you never get to a winning point,bc they make the game harder a d harder,I bought 40 dollars in stuff just to see if I could get the points to win,I'm still playing the game bc it started dropping my point, them on the homeland game you grow wheat and it suppose to give you two dollars for every wheat,now im almost won and it started giving me.50 cent,so this app is crooked as hell

I ordered from Temu last month just to get an idea of what to expect. Nothing over $10 and stuff I could use if I liked it and throw away what I don't. They were fine. All cheap made junk, but... cheap price too. But then I did a silly thing and bought a few more things. A couple over $20 and the rest under $10. All of it was absolute s***. Again. It's not worth returning. One was a string of lights for our patio. The photo on their app showed nice round lights about the size of a golf ball. When I got them, they were the size of a dime. A pair of shorts for $8 were so badly made that they went down to halfway down my calf. They also would probably fall apart the first time you washed them. Just skip it. They are not worth it.

First it was no Shimano. Seems like a cheap Chinese knock off. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but wasn't expecting trash. It almost fell apart just spooling it. The handle almost fell off.

This site is garbage.

I would have given this site a positive review if they would let me checkout but no they have a "Ownership Verification Process" where they require you to take a picture of the last 4 digits of your card and of your last 4 digits of your account number on your statement. This wouldn't be to hard of a problem if I had a regular bank but im using a spendwell prepaid debit card and spendwell gives you trouble making an account. They dont approve new accounts for some reason also when you sign up through phone the text messege link they send you just says "error" when you click it. Not to metion I am in a rehab facility so they take away our phones and block certrain websites and other things to make this all the harder.

Temu attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I dont recommend this site if u live in a complex because they don't care whether or not you was the one to receive your package. My package was stolen and they did not refund me or reship my package I spent over $200 on the items a total of 19 items in which I only received two after Temu decided to split my delivery in two one came through via usps the other a delivery company they use and that's one who delivered package to wrong address and told/marked delivery as correct in which it wasn't. Trust I contacted Temu themselves as well as delivering company and neither wanted to help nor fix the issue. Also I'm still being charged for the items because I paid through afterpay. I advised them as well as temu I will and can not pay for items I never received regardless of what the delivery company said about order being delivered because I never received the package. Needles to say me or my family no longer use the site

I ordered products on August 2nd and was told delivery would be between August 10th - 19th, First my products were shipped in two deliveries. The first one came on Aug. 20th and I'm still waiting for my second delivery. It shows from Ontrac that it has been sitting in New Jersey for several days now with no attempt to deliver and all Temu gives me is 5 dollars per delivery. Just want my order or my money back but have yet to get any real feedback from Temu or Ontrac. This really sounds like a scam to me. Though my first order was what was advertised and I was satisfied with it, but still it came late. If I don't hear anything back I'm demanding a refund but I have a feeling I'm going to get the runaround. Already sorry I used them!

I use temu before Amazon now

Temu is awesome. I was very skeptical at first because I don't trust much on the internet. But my friend kept winning things so I asked her for help. I've now won like 6 times including a camcorder, telescope, metal detector. Everything I've ordered has been perfect. In fact I seen a cool thing sold locally for $30 and checked there and got it for $6. Their customer service is amazing. Clearly the people below ran to review without speaking to them. My free $100 telescope was missing a piece that wasn't even necessary for it to function, just an added feature and they gave me $100 in credit for something I got for free. Always check back on previous orders because if the price drops they will refund the difference. If it's late they give you $5. It's definitely as good as amazon. Search this for a free coupon bundle afm*******.

Honestly give them a try. If you don't like it, they will make it right. Give them that chance before giving them a bad review. You should do that with any business.

Purchased shoes for $30.57. Returned them. TEMU says I didn't return them even though I've provided UPS's Proof of Delivery (attached here). TEMU would not return my money so I filed dispute-of-charges with my bank. My bank made me whole.

TEMU, in their infinite wisdom, —- suspended my account citing, "I'm in a dispute with TEMU" (see attached notice and poor grammar). Ummmm, NO I'M NOT! My bank made me whole and provided a letter for TEMU indicating the dispute has been resolved. ***DON'T FORGET*** —- TEMU's warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga RECEIVED the shoes back -and when I called TEMU, they could see that the shoes were returned and passed "quality inspection" and they could not explain why I was being told the shoes weren't returned.

The emails "Katherine" (from the "back office") sends are dumber than stupid and absolutely unhelpful and insulting.

So, if you're reading this "Katherine", unfreeze my account. Or are you going to REPEAT your NONSENSE here that you email me?

I needed to return items that I accidentally ordered too much of and was told to go to UPS by a Temu rep.I get to UPS and Am told they cannot process my return.afyer driving 30 min to do that I now have to turn around to drive to the post office and Am told they can process my rerurn but to no avail...I call Temu and ask them to send me the correct labeland now they are telling me they can not send me a QR code that I need to fi d somewhere to print a label.I spent over 2 hours with different reps just to be told different stories and no facts. I finally ask for a manager and now all of a sudden there is no manager to be found.I ask for a complaint address abd the guy is not sure what the companies address is or what state itis in but he says it might be in Massachusetts.worst customer service ever and now I Am stuck with purchases that I will never be able to get reimbursed for or credited back to my account.never again!
