I place an order. Very next day they created a USPS label but no package was submitted to the USPS almost for a week. It appears that they are selling merchandise they do not have or after placing an order they buy from their vendors in database with available inventories.

I ordered 8 items on 30th July 2023 but items never arrived. So I asked them to resend the items instead of refund but today as on 6th September 2023, I saw the message from Temu saying "Customer is not reachable" which is ridiculous. Let say the Security officer at the main gate didn't let the delivery person in, they would still be able to contact me to pick up the package from the main gate which is not the case. I got no call at all from the delivery person nor anyone regarding the package. So not happy about it.

I watched the ads for a long time, and frankly didn't trust them, which is ironic, considering their advertising line about how the deals are real. Finally, an item came along with a special price for first time users. I decided to gamble on it. Lost that gamble. Their system is broken somewhere and the item I clicked on, and supposedly went in my cart but didn't, before the registration process. During the process I ended up ordering two more items, but was never given the chance to check my cart. The original item was not ordered. I then went back and ordered it but didn't get the promised price. Total elapsed time was 11 minutes. Contacted customer support and talked to a Jasmine. She was unrelenting and didn't care. I will never trust temu again.

I ordered a PU leather bag and what I received was not like the one represented. I never buy leather so this isn't the issue. I have now created more landfill which is very upsetting instead of using this bag. Awful!

I don't know where to start. I guess I'll I begin with the sizing: the dress was at least three sizes too small. I usually wear a small, but, not knowing the company, I ordered a large to avoid this issue. Moving on to the fabric- it was a polyester so cheap that it would have been too awful to put on a dollar store doll ( one that actually costs a dollar). Next: the embroidered flowers on the netting were already starting to unravel when I took the dress out of the packing. Lastly, the dress is a color that I can only describe, if I were being kind, as vomitous- you might replicate it if you ate and regurgitated a VERY old Creamcicle -if that Creamsicle had been buried under the mystery meat at the bottom of the freezer, and repeatedly thawed and refrozen with said meat over the course of several years. Stay away from this company. You'd be better served setting your money on fire then throwing the ashes into the wind.

I've ordered twice from Temu. The first order was small and the second larger. My first order was more of a test and I was very pleased with the 3 items I received and extremely pleased with the price. My second order was 39 items and I was very pleased with all but 3 of them.
I understand if people are upset with the customer service, return difficulties or quality of product and give Temu bad reviews. However when people complain about the packaging or lack of I don't feel that's valid. From the items I've received it is clear that cost can be kept lower for consumers by not providing additional, unnecessary packaging and by not shipping in a box. Keep in mind this is not Amazon, it is Temu who provides free overseas shipping for orders over $10.
We as consumers have a responsibility to be 'smart consumers'. Read reviews, check dimensions and understand how economics and business works. We need to educate ourselves.

I love shopping with Temu. My only advice is to read the dimensions they post some of the pictures used exaggerate the size so that was in me for not reading. I enjoy receiving each delivery note it does take a bit to receive an order but that would be my only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. So many things to look at and choose at prices that make it affordable to purchase.

Just made my 1st and last purchase at this website. The shipping was prompt and arrived as ordered. However, quality is definitely not their strong suite. I even ordered LED lighting strip which is just terrible. That being said, I would not order again.

My experience was really bad with this company, when they didn't have the items refund right away, but when shipper screwed up lost or damaged your package you have to wait 14 days for Temo to return your money. My sister introduced me to them a couple of months after they first came out. At first, I was worried because it looked similar to Shein and I had heard bad things about their company. I tried to find reviews online and unboxing videos on YouTube to make sure my items would actually come if I placed an order. I decided to go for it and they have always given me what I purchase. Some items aren't the best quality, it just depends on what you buy. The coloring is also not always exact so I try to look at the customer images under the review sections. Overall, I've been happy with my purchases. They actually gave me an 80-dollar refund for an order I received! The website said my order was never delivered so they gave me a refund but it was delivered. I told them about this and they said to keep the money. They have a chat section where you can immediately talk to someone and the customer service is good. A couple of times I've received an order a couple of days late (but I've made many, many orders) and they have given me 5 dollars every time it comes late. Also, I only need 10 dollars worth of items to make an order and get free shipping. My sister's minimum spending amount is 15 but I think it's because she got an update. I think they recently raised the price.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
