It's not Temu it's

So this review isn't aimed at Temu so much, well I guess it is because they continue to use the despicable shipping company Ontrac to deliver or not deliver, rather they steal my packages from the Romulus facility in Michigan! I am so tired of them sending order after order with this trash company. 3 orders in a row have gone missing from ontrac and even though Temu has issued a refund for all of them. I don't want a refund, I want my items, they are all nail art related orders so I don't know what ontrac think they are getting valued stuff or maybe they have a nail tech that works there. I don't care! Temu needs to stop using trash track. If my current order doesn't make it and I am issued another refund. That will be my last order from Temu!

At first they were good, but then they get really bad really quick. Only as new user they are good to you, but as you shop more they scam you. I got scammed out of $300. I returned some items and they keep saying they cannot find it, or that I still have it. All I have is a USPS receipt, I guess that was not enough proof that I returned the items. Then one time I did what they told me exactly and was still denied a refund. I even have proof on the chat of what they told me to do. I followed everything they said and they said not to worry, but I never got my refund. I only use it for the free cheap items I get from them by playing their games. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am now just trying to tell everyone not to use it now.

I have returned stuff to be told they didn't get it. The most recent issue was they stuffed 4 orders in a package w 3 pairs of boots and clothes and the bag had huge holes in it and I'm missing pieces they won't do anything about it.

Initially Temu was amazing- however the last three packages the USPS and Fed Ex have only seen labels and packages were not received. The package totals at almost $500 US dollars, they want to give a Temu credit and now again packages not received. Buyer Beware.

Twice I have ordered from TEMU. Free shipping with a minimum order. Seperate returns result in employees lying and saying they did not return items. I have proof I did. Customer service is mostly AI-based. It is frustrating when you chat with a machine to get a problem solved. It is called Artificial Intelligence for a reason. Rarely do you chat with a human, when you do they are equally unhelpful they also seem like they are AI. I think that is their protocol to frustrate customers into not wanting to go through the hassle of returning their junk products. I was told for the second time I returned 2 items they only received one item. I was told the second item was lost in the warehouse so quality control could not verify QC. Rather than refund me my money for both items since TEMU lost my return item in THEIR warehouse they refused to refund me my money for THEM losing my return item in THEIR warehouse. Also, Beware 60% of TEMUs' items are poor quality even for Chinese-made products. Shipping takes a long time. I guess I am used to Amazon quality, top-notch customer service, and QUICK shipping. There is some value in shopping TEMU, but there are also a lot of returns for inaccurate item descriptions. Broken items, wrong items and cheap crap.

Mostly junk

As they say, you get what you pay for. Prices are low. Products substandard
And not as described. I was able to get credit for one product without having to return it. Milia patches OK, zipper pulls OK but unidentifiable metal. Easy thread sewing needles OK. Fridge shelf pads to small and looked like cabinet shelving plastic. Magic broom serviceable but cheap materials which will probably not last. Dual sided tape strong enough for paper projects only. Worst of all. The Magic Dog Gate, so unstable a puppy can tear it down, Sizing off, metal construction consists of two telescoping rods that are placed in a cloth seam and inconsistently sized. Truely an unusable product. You take your chances on these cheaply made products. Good luck. My $30 order probable cost less that $10 to manufacuture and ship. By the way the complete order was packed in a shipping bag sealed with tape.

I have seen some bad publicity about Temu, but my experience from about 7 orders has been all good. I did have to make a return of several items but did not have issues with returning and getting refunded. Best advice is to just read the ratings and descriptions carefully on desired items just as with any site.

Shopping is fun again! Almost

I love this website. I know what I can expect from cheap prices and I am governed accordingly. I have bought kitchen gadgets, utensils, cat toys, picture frames, purses, shoes, brassieres and clothing. Customer service is great.
But really what I need to talk about here is the fabric/material that the clothes are made of. In particular a really adorable dress that is supposed to be 100% polyester. Washing directions say wash delicate, warm water, inside out, gentle detergent. Do not machine dry or iron.
Ok the dress came terribly creased from Temu. I tried "wrinkle release" spray but it didn't help at all, which surprised me since it has always worked in the past. So I washed it. Not a single crease came out. Next I will try ironing it carefully.
My complaint is- don't sell things that can't be worn!
I have complained to Temu customer service and they are supposedly contacting the manufacturer -A and B.
It's a shame though. If it wasn't for this particular dress I would have no complaints at all.
If I have to take it to a dry cleaner to be pressed I will send Temu the bill!
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

We were so delighted to receive our Fossett, but the fittings did not fit American plumbing parts. Even a professional plumber told us that it would not work. It was sad that we had to return the product because we thought we had a great deal and a lovely new faucet. Let's hope the return goes smoothly.

Don't hold true to there won prizes. Games are a scam. Monies going missing out of bank via PayPal. Also after using my bank card some1 unsuccessfully ( because bank was empty thankfully) tried to make a payment with the card I'd used half hour before on their sire. They hide negative reviews. Lot stuff doesn't work. Best buys u get can be on I would same hone decor like bedding or rugs. On that had some nice items. Oh also my review got hidden by Trustpilot just lately claiming against rules which isn't true and can't show where
To be clear I have had some bargain nice items and all have been delivered. Just there us also alot of tack and stuff that doesn't work. They try to dishonour won promotion gifts etc and don't honour shares and accepted new subscribers you've got them for points for their games. So total scam their clothes are right size at small medium but the xxl stay at medium. They have a price adjustment tool that credits you back the difference to balance if item goes cheaper which is good. But I suspect give it a bit longer this site coukd go total scammy like Aliexpress Dhgate did. Big tip don't use the add to order button after you've placed a total order. Otherwise when unaccounted for money that's recieptless gets taken out your bank you're gonna be put through hell tracking it and pairing it all to unknown source.sitejabbers making me enter a order number but I've ordered several times so my review is based on a full scale use of various uses of the sites such as its gaming and gambling extortion tactics, bought items, shipping & reliance, quality

So far everything has been fine….but

I order stuff on temu sometimes. The clothes are polyester which I expected from a Chinese company and they are OK but it's not something I would return because they are usually under $10 usd. Actually I order and I know some things will be fine and some things will go to Goodwill. The stuff is so cheap I don't even think it's about wasting my time trying to get a refund. I ordered some pet stuff and the quality was very good. They have some cute Knick knacks for the home and other cheap stuff. I buy sewing and painting brushes which I use and then throw out. It's a fun site to look at. Shipping has gotten faster and faster. I actually got an order delivered within a week right to my door on a Sunday.
