Yes, you read that right; they delivered my precious package to someone else's house and had the gall to call it a successful delivery.
Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team, naively expecting a swift and reasonable resolution to this absurdity. Instead, what I got was a masterclass in how NOT to treat customers. Their representatives displayed an astounding level of incompetence and a stubborn refusal to acknowledge their colossal mistake. I offered to send them a photograph of my house as proof, but it was as if I was speaking a foreign language.
In a breathtaking display of ignorance, Temu's customer service team insisted, time and again, that the delivery had been carried out correctly. I can only conclude that they are either completely out of touch with reality or genuinely believe that their customers are fools.
What's even more infuriating is that they made absolutely no effort to rectify their blunder or find a solution to the problem they created. They simply brushed off my concerns and left my valuable item unaccounted for, likely left to the mercy of thieves on the roadside.
In short, Temu has set a new low for customer service, and their delivery blunder is a testament to their breathtaking incompetence. This ordeal has been a stark reminder that Temu cares little about its customers and operates with an astounding level of negligence. I did not receive part of my order but I did receive a random item I did not order. I returned several items in addition to the item I didn't order. They would not give me a refund for the missing item even though I sent back the trash item that was in my package.

They want you to market, and invite people for them with the promise of 5 free items that you will not receive! The app stated for every new person there will be a $5 price cut but then only gave me a $1 price cut. They still want me to continue inviting people, and I'm not going to because at this point the next person will probably only give me a $0.50 price cut. I told everyone that the app is a LIE. They also word things like spend $20 for a "$100 coupon" and come to find out there's no $100 coupon. Just more discounts like spend $50 for $10 off. Like why continue lying and building a false narrative. That's NOT what keeps customers.

Orders are late they say they give you a $5.00 credit if it is late but you have a $10.00 min. Charge so that $5.00 is worthless so no matter what they are not giving you anything.

I've not 1 problem with this company, I've been ordering from them for 6 months and got everything I ordered. Nothing broken all still in packaging. They might be a little late on shipment but that's not their problem and they do give 5.00 back for late shipping. Over all I give them a 10 out of 10.

Temu has a good customer service, unfortunately the temu company has terrible rules in changing address or order cancellation. But they found a way to rfund 100% of my products that was sent to a wrong address "still waiting for refund but received an email they will refund everything. Temu products are fair enough for their price. - i hope they keep improving and the customer service will continue to be superb at their jobs

I've now processed over 2 dozen orders with Temu. Nearly everything was as good or better than brand name, clothes, kitchen ware, household, toys. After 50+ different items I've only returned 3. Two returned were too big, my fault, 1 was not as described. So simple, place in box, print return voucher & drop off at my choice place. Return to my bank was quick. I received 1 item broken & they sent another no charge within a week. Package wrapping looks terrible but it ships. I love Temu!

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
